Demetrio & Nicole breaks down every movement in a way that's clear and understandable. Before BDA, I didn't enjoy social dancing at all because I was ashamed about how new I was to dancing. The social dance tips in BDA allowed me to enjoy social dancing and gave me new ways of expressing myself to music. Great on nuanced details I love how Demetrio and Nicole show each lesson from multiple angles allowing me to pick up nuanced details that can sometimes be missed in a packed real life class. Having the lessons grouped and recommended in different ways lets me make more targeted progress through the course when I'm trying to focus on specific things. Lastly the bonuses are a .. bonus! eg. the song list sure comes in handy!
