Easy to navigate website Easy to navigate website and it's been that way for a long time. I plan to do more of my bicycling purchasing at BTD.

I have been ordering parts from Bike… I have been ordering parts from Bike Tires Direct for years and they have never failed to impress with the service level. Orders regularly ship same day and everything is as represented. Excellent, well run company.

I had a question I had a question, called, and it was answered helpfully. The tires and tubes came from the west coast to the east coast in less time than I expected. I removed the old tires and tubes and installed these new ones. I'm happily using them now.

Great Service and Prices I have ordered 3 or 4 times over the last few years and have been very pleased with my experience. The prices and customer service have been great. The return process was also quick and easy on a jersey that I recently ordered that didn't fit. The 2 jerseys that did fit were 25% cheaper than other retailers so even with the return fee I am still money ahead.

Ease of on line ordering process. Ease of on line ordering process. On line updates regarding status of order and shipping. Timely receipt of items ordered.
