It's the customer service It's the customer service. For a rookie racer, STG is like having an uncle who used to race, and he guides you through it. I like to support the local shops, but if they don't have what I'm looking for, STG is my go-to. If you have a question, they reply almost immediately. They have a video on their site for a ton of their products, showing how to install/work/adjust them, or review them. The videos alone have been a big part of my first race bike build: even if I don't need to buy anything, I know there's likely a video there showing me how to do whatever it is I'm trying to do.
