GBI had a gel-kayano shoe that lasted… I had a gel-kayano shoe that lasted for over 5 yrs and they were so comfortable. having forgotten where I purchased them, I googled them-Instead of a gel-kayano 26, I got a 30! Being on my feet for 8 hrs, these shoes are so comfortable, no having to break them in-perfect immediately! Now I know where to always get my shoes!

I called for a Return Authorization as the website instructed. I spoke with the nicest lady who gave me instructions how to make my return, and to my surprise, she sent me a postage paid return label. I got an email telling me that they had received my return, and in just a day or two, I saw the credit to my credit card.
