Very happy! The ordering process was easy, and when the mirror was delivered, it took no more than 30 minutes from start to finish, including carrying the mirror into the house. It looks so professional and high quality in our exercise room. I highly recommend this company.

Install was simple and easy and professional Install was simple and easy - Crew called prior to arriving (early which was a bonus for a Saturday install). Extremally professional and they did an excellent job of installing our 8'x6' plate glass in a fitness room.

Great communication from the install… Great communication from the install crew, and they were very friendly, super fast, cleaned up, and left a quality install. Can't beat the price - just have to be patient with the schedule but totally worth it!

Too bad mirrors would not fit in my elevator! The men who came to install the mirrors were punctual, professional, and very kind when they told me my mirrors would not fit into my elevator, therefore could not be installed. Perhaps the home office could ask a few more questions before they sent the men. And I waited six weeks for the install. My deposit as also refunded promptly. Thank you.

Probably never get delivered unless in a city. I imaginé this is a great product but will never know because they DONT ACTUALLY DELIVER to most áreas maybe unless you're in a city. I really wish they would be more up front in their initial communications so that we wouldn't have told our dance instructors that we would have mirrors installed. When they say 2 to 6 weeks estimated they really should qualify that saying that it's only if you're in a major metropolitan area. Outside of that, who knows how long it could take months or years to actually get delivered.
