Customer service - rectified issue really quickly First two pairs wore through really fast. Initially reviewed poorly, but after an email to the company, they've rectified the issue within 3 days. Very impressed with customer service (Steve helped me out massively), will try out the new product and update this if needed.

The only issue I had is that I placed two orders in the space of 10mins, got charged 2 delivery charges, which is fine as I didn’t order together, however they turned up on the same delivery in the same parcel so they could have refunded me one delivery charge
