I ordered the disc I ordered the disc, and it just wasn’t what I thought I could use effectively at my grass range. Think it suits people who hit indoors or on mats better. Anyway, my issue is that there is no prepaid return shipping label provided by whygolf… the cost to return is gonna be almost what the item cost, since the disc is so heavy. Will not order again from them again, because of this reason.

I used to be apprehensive about golf training aids... I have always been apprehensive about Golf training aids, but not the WhyGolf pressure plate. My instructor used his pressure plate while working on moving my pressure from my back foot to my front foot during the swing. The difference in my swing in just a few sessions is incredible. It is not a part of my weekly training, and look forward to permanently improving my swing thanks to WhyGolf!

Pressure Plate and Alignment Disc I purchased a pressure plate for my junior daughter to learn the feel of shifting pressure from back to front. The product is an excellent training aid. WhyGolf has great products! WhyGolf has great products especially the pressure plate for those of us that struggle shifting our weight forward in the downswing. I also have the alignment disc which I bring to the range every time. I love their traing aids!

Balance board arrived in Vancouver Balance board arrived in Vancouver, BC Canada very quickly. It is heavy and well built. Really makes you put pressure into your feet to move it. I would say the only thing I do not like is the plastic surface where your feet go...in no-cleat golf shoes it is a bit slippery and when you put the pressure on sometimes my feet slip/rotate. Perhaps that's why with others they have that sandpaper where your feet go? Anyway, overall a good, quality product.
