Pressure Plate and Alignment Disc I purchased a pressure plate for my junior daughter to learn the feel of shifting pressure from back to front. The product is an excellent training aid. I used to be apprehensive about golf training aids... I have always been apprehensive about Golf training aids, but not the WhyGolf pressure plate.
