Pressure Plate and Alignment Disc I purchased a pressure plate for my junior daughter to learn the feel of shifting pressure from back to front. The product is an excellent training aid. I used to be apprehensive about golf training aids... I have always been apprehensive about Golf training aids, but not the WhyGolf pressure plate. My instructor used his pressure plate while working on moving my pressure from my back foot to my front foot during the swing. The difference in my swing in just a few sessions is incredible. It is not a part of my weekly training, and look forward to permanently improving my swing thanks to WhyGolf!

I appreciate the fact you can ‘stack’ them(for lack of a better term in order to create a long alignment rod which I use for some head monitoring. I am ordering another alignment disc bc I’d the versatility. The ad doesn’t mention it but there is also a slot for 90 degree as well.
