WhyGolf has great products! WhyGolf has great products especially the pressure plate for those of us that struggle shifting our weight forward in the downswing. I also have the alignment disc which I bring to the range every time. I love their traing aids!

Balance Feedback purchased the pressure plate and have used daily to practice learning the feeling of weight shift correctly. I really see this device as a reminder to what we should be doing, it's very easy to lose the sensation after a few days , weeks and months. Not sure why they get a bad rep, these devices continually bring me back to what i was originally supposed to be doing, after spending some time relearning the feeling, the results show up on the course, at a minimum, it stops the frustration of not understanding why I strike the ball poorly.

I used to be apprehensive about golf training aids... I have always been apprehensive about Golf training aids, but not the WhyGolf pressure plate. My instructor used his pressure plate while working on moving my pressure from my back foot to my front foot during the swing. The difference in my swing in just a few sessions is incredible.
