GBSolid cart with some flaw in quality of materials used in parts I have been using Stewart Q follow for 2 years. What I like the most about the cart is its solid base. The cart never flipped or fell on one side regardless of the surface and terrain. The cart protects my clubs, which is the most important feature for me. Many other golf carts would flip and fall on one side very often. What I think Stewart can improve is the selection of materials of the parts. The materials are too flimsy. The handle, the wheels, etc broke very easily and needed frequent replacement. The umbrella holder is quite useless because it cannot hold an umbrella without making the cart too unbalanced. The service department is very responsive and provided solutions to all my concerns. They stand behind their product and try to make everything right. Thank you for helping me with the repair. I hope they would select more durable materials for their next generation of the Q follow.

GBGreat Service after the purchase Makayla in the service department has been great to work with. She is very responsive and fast to get replacement part to you. The Q fellow me is the unit I purchased and love this unit. Works great and the only problem Ive had was a fender broke.
