These guys are awesome!! These guys are awesome. They deliver and pick up. They will come and make changes if/when you need them. They are compassionate and will refund for days not skied, whatever the reason. I cannot find anything negative to say about them at all. Their rates are reasonable and I highly recommend them for your equipment rental needs.

Ski Butlers did not live up to the advertised level of service Ski Butlers up on time to drop skis off. They were very friendly and accommodating with the fitting process. However, they did not bring the type of skis requested. We made arrangements for ski delivery the following morning which did occur, but once again the type of skis requested were not delivered. Over the next 2 days, arrangements were made each day for the originally requested type of ski to be delivered but they were not able to deliver the requested skis. Our trip was still great and the equipment we rented was more than adequate but the level of service was below what was advertised and and therefore what we expected. I do not think we would use Ski Butler again.

Could not have been more helpful! We had several changes to our equipment needs while there, with several members of our party deciding to ski last minute. These guys bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect.

The service was above and beyond The service was above and beyond. Kathleen was very professional, and helped our entire family get fitted for our time on the mountain. It was easy, convenient, and perfect! We will definitely use Ski Butlers when we return!
