Easy process, great customer service The whole process was very easy, and terrific, personal customer service. I wound up actually not needing the wetsuit for the race because the water warmed up nicely, but good to know I had it just in case! I will probably rent again rather than buying one.

I rented three wetsuits through wetsuit… I rented three wetsuits through wetsuit rental and the customer service my family received was top notch and personal. They went out of their way to fit 2 really tall and skinny boys and made sure that the fit was right. The process was super easy and the suits were in great condition. We will only be renting suits from wetsuit rental going forward. Thanks guys!

The wetsuit looked nice and high… The wetsuit looked nice and high quality, but it was too tight. I used it once during training but opted to not use it for my triathlon on race day due to the sizing issue. I entered all the info for sizing, but there should be some more input fields to get the proper size, like specific meaurements...inseams, waist, shoulders, etc. Checkout and return process were easy and good. Just be careful with the sizing, leave enough time to switch it out if you need to!

This may be the best customer service… This may be the best customer service interaction I’ve had in the past 10 years ... they patiently worked with me to get sizing right and with a cheerful attitude ... have referred my son and a close friend to them and they too had great experiences ... this truly is a no brainer to rent from them and I will happily be a repeat customer

Amazing company and wetsuit Amazing company! Have rented all my wetsuits from here. In my most recent order I mentioned I loved the sleeveless wetsuit I used last year at 2018 IM Maryland. When my order arrived for this year for IM Mont-Tremblant, it included an awesome hand written note explaining the same wetsuit was available! Went my fastest IM swim ever and got the top AG spot in swim for my age. Go with sleeveless if you have a greater range of motion! Thanks again!
