Incredible Process and a Great Service! Wetsuit Rental was really great! I just completed my first sprint triathlon and the weather here in Maryland in October is incredible variable. A friend recommended that I utilize wetsuit rental to get a wetsuit since the water could be very cold. The entire service was awesome! The questions that were asked ensured that I got the correct fitting and my wetsuit got to me extremely quickly. The directions were thorough and really clear and I loved that the price was so reasonable. The return shipping was easy and it was, overall, an incredible process. And finally, it was a freezing swim, so I'm so glad I went with wetsuit rental.

Amazing company and wetsuit Amazing company! Have rented all my wetsuits from here. In my most recent order I mentioned I loved the sleeveless wetsuit I used last year at 2018 IM Maryland. When my order arrived for this year for IM Mont-Tremblant, it included an awesome hand written note explaining the same wetsuit was available! Went my fastest IM swim ever and got the top AG spot in swim for my age. Go with sleeveless if you have a greater range of motion! Thanks again!

Order, customer service, and product all great Came a day early, fit great, wetsuit in good condition (a couple small nicks that had been patch, to be expected). Found a super small tear in the wrist (didn't affect wetsuit performance at all) and I emailed them to make sure I wouldn't get charged since it was already there. Received a prompt response assuring me I was all good and wishing me luck in the race. The handwritten sticky included in the package was a nice personal touch :)

I have rented wet suits for myself and… I have rented wet suits for myself and family members for the last three years (I even purchased my rented suit from them last year). Service has been flawless. Suits are delivered in plenty of time for pre-race testing and their experience in the business essentially guarantees a perfect fit. They make suit return after the race very easy. I couldn't be a more satisfied customer.

This may be the best customer service… This may be the best customer service interaction I’ve had in the past 10 years ... they patiently worked with me to get sizing right and with a cheerful attitude ... have referred my son and a close friend to them and they too had great experiences ... this truly is a no brainer to rent from them and I will happily be a repeat customer
