Decided to buy the Klim hydro pack I’ve been looking at so I’m stoked!. Doing the WABDR in June and needed a good pack, just gotta find a good tool kit and a couple small things and we’re all ready to hit the trail. Thanks again y’all!

Bad business model Ordered $650 tires online, they took the money, next day looked at the order- said there was a problem. Called and said they couldn’t verify me?? Wanted to charge my card less than a $1,then I could verify then they would refund the $1. Send me tires. Nothing on the website about this, no email or text about the issue. More than willing to take my money, but not send the product or reach out about the issue. Told them to cancel the order and refund my money- we shall see if I receive my money. Fraudulent activity when you pay for something and they don’t send you the product. Will not use them again and advise others to take their money elsewhere.

Customer service and sales agent, Jensen, went above beyond, and continued even further in stellar customer service and follow up. Outstanding employee and company who allows their employees the freedom to make decisions like that.
