Excellent Customer Service Two weeks ago I placed my usual order for a variety of fuel from the Feed. Unfortunately, one of the items was mixed up- I ordered SIS Beta and I received the wrong thing- SIS Isotonic. I immediately contacted customer service, and they immediately rectified the issue and sent out what I ordered. I like The Feed for their selection, their prices, and their incentives. I love The Feed for their customer service.

Incredible Customer Service Although I did receive the wrong order, my new package was shipped to me within an hour of reaching out for assistance. It was extremely easy to contact The Feed for help. Mistakes are bound to happen, and The Feed corrected it immediately!

Great service! Very easy to navigate website and fast shipping! Highly recommend. Also, getting emails about different bars, gels , etc. is very helpful in making decisions when selecting the best fuel for racing and training.

Their Customer Service is Abysmal Their chat customer service is abysmal. I asked to speak to a manager and they threatened to end the chat, they wanted to relay my concerns to the manager, when I insisted that I speak to a manager directly, they ended the chat. I was then blocked from further chatting. Since they no longer have phone support, I can’t call to get a different support person and I never got to speak to a manager. Their prices are high, but it was worth it for the personalized support. Now that they no longer have high-quality phone service, it takes too long with their “instant” chat / live support. Therefore, I no longer recommend them - Amazon sells practically everything The Feed sells at better prices with significantly better customer service.
