GBTheir Customer Service is Abysmal Their chat customer service is abysmal. I asked to speak to a manager and they threatened to end the chat, they wanted to relay my concerns to the manager, when I insisted that I speak to a manager directly, they ended the chat. I was then blocked from further chatting. Since they no longer have phone support, I can’t call to get a different support person and I never got to speak to a manager. Their prices are high, but it was worth it for the personalized support. Now that they no longer have high-quality phone service, it takes too long with their “instant” chat / live support. Therefore, I no longer recommend them - Amazon sells practically everything The Feed sells at better prices with significantly better customer service.

GBunsurpassed assistance I will stay loyal as long as The Feed is in business, I could not ask for better customer service and coaching then what I have gotten through The Feed. I have been working with them on which supplements would be better and what I can put together with an autoimmune disorder and diet restrictions. Sometimes different flavors,however, always the same products. Whether it's Endurance Tap, Mauren, or SIS. Awesome company with always your best health benefits and performance in mind.

GBIncredible Customer Service Although I did receive the wrong order, my new package was shipped to me within an hour of reaching out for assistance. It was extremely easy to contact The Feed for help. Mistakes are bound to happen, and The Feed corrected it immediately!
