GBTheir Customer Service is Abysmal Their chat customer service is abysmal. I asked to speak to a manager and they threatened to end the chat, they wanted to relay my concerns to the manager, when I insisted that I speak to a manager directly, they ended the chat. I was then blocked from further chatting. Since they no longer have phone support, I can’t call to get a different support person and I never got to speak to a manager. Their prices are high, but it was worth it for the personalized support. Now that they no longer have high-quality phone service, it takes too long with their “instant” chat / live support. Therefore, I no longer recommend them - Amazon sells practically everything The Feed sells at better prices with significantly better customer service.

I have been working with them on which supplements would be better and what I can put together with an autoimmune disorder and diet restrictions. GBExcellent Customer Service Two weeks ago I placed my usual order for a variety of fuel from the Feed. Unfortunately, one of the items was mixed up- I ordered SIS Beta and I received the wrong thing- SIS Isotonic. I immediately contacted customer service, and they immediately rectified the issue and sent out what I ordered. I like The Feed for their selection, their prices, and their incentives. I love The Feed for their customer service.
