I greatly enjoy buying my hats from the… I greatly enjoy buying my hats from the feed. Anytime I’ve had any order issue they have been so fast with help and I appreciate that! The Rnnr hat I got is bright and comfortable.

Their Customer Service is Abysmal Their chat customer service is abysmal. I asked to speak to a manager and they threatened to end the chat, they wanted to relay my concerns to the manager, when I insisted that I speak to a manager directly, they ended the chat. I was then blocked from further chatting. Since they no longer have phone support, I can’t call to get a different support person and I never got to speak to a manager. Their prices are high, but it was worth it for the personalized support. Now that they no longer have high-quality phone service, it takes too long with their “instant” chat / live support. Therefore, I no longer recommend them - Amazon sells practically everything The Feed sells at better prices with significantly better customer service.
