Hidden Gem A hidden gem. It's tucked away but competes with the big box stores. Prices were comparable and in most cases better. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. This store carries a nice inventory for your outdoor needs and adventures. I will highly recommend this store to anyone who will listen and I will definitely be back to see what kind of deals I can find. It was a great find.

Awesome I was from out of town, owner treated me as if I was family. Genuinely felt that my interests for certain products/equipment were not only acquired, but then satisfied in a customer first approach...not just trying to sell me something. Quality of products was outstanding!

Great selection of outdoor gear Needs better storefront signage. I was from out of state, wanting to support a local outfitter, and not being familiar with the area, it was difficult to tell if I was in the right place when I got there. It looks more like a small office building than a retail location.

Excellent customer service! One of the two items I ordered was out of stock. Rather than send me an email informing me of the backorder and say my items would ship when available, they called me personally to let me know the situation. They gave me the option of having the one item sent now, and wait for the second to be shipped when in stock - approximately 1-week (no additional shipping cost), or wait and have both shipped together. I appreciate that kind of personal customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff I spoke with three associates over two visits to the store. All three were exceedingly helpful and courteous. As well as knowledgeable regarding everything in the store. I will happily continue to make purchases as this store.
