I ordered a roof basket which arrived… I ordered a roof basket which arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately it was damaged in shipping (FedEx Ground). The box was torn and a top rail dented. This is a roof rack, so I expect it to get scratched/dented through use, but I wanted to put the dents in it my self. I reached out to customer support and they got back with me quickly and we agreed to a fix. My major concern was with the complete lack of over-boxing. An additional box of heaver cardboard with, perhaps, some Styrofoam could have prevented the issue. In summary: Customer Service is awesome Shipping needs to loon into over-boxing. John Gillaspy

Complete Customer Satisfaction This company does nothing..BUT.. provide great customer service with prices that are very reasonable. They went BEYOND my expectations, offered suggestions based on cart and wheel size. They did what they told me they would do, kept me in the loop and provided FAST delivery. Their personnel are exceptional and they do CARE about your COMPLETE satisfaction. Not everyone can be pleased all the time, but I'll bet this company WILL go out of its way to please YOU!

Made me smile! This review isn't as much about the parts I ordered as it is the company. The packing slip pouch and additional parts inside bag made me smile which is unusual in these times. Keep up the personal touch!

Quick response, good communication Had an issue with an order, called the contact number provided on their website and left a detailed message.
