good service but nameplate was off size Great service overall. Unfortunately the name plate i ordered did not fit the base. I would have thought someone would have checked that out before production of name plate. The base had specicific demisions that I ordered the name plate to. However, there was no mention what size name plate would actually fit the front portion of base itself.

Great customer service and produxt I ordered four golf trophies and the customer representative was engaged with me from day - I sent a logo in that had to be converted to an EPI file and I gave them the creativeness to revise the logo and they got it right the first time. I plan to order more trophies from them in the near future. I strongly recommend that you use them for all of your trophy and engraving projects.

This gear made a great golf trip an AWESOME one! I ordered custom poker chips as well as a bunch of custom etched pint and liquor glasses for a recent golf trip. We passed these out as prizes and everyone LOVED them! Some guys insisted on bringing theirs out to the bar that night and refused to put them down...a huge hit!
