Excellent Experience Ordered the Decanters with a custom logo. They turned around the logo quickly and they accommodated some small changes, processed it quickly and shipped timely. The product turned out great! One of the decanters arrived broken, and they quickly turned another one around and expedited delivery to ensure it was available for me when it was needed. good service but nameplate was off size Great service overall. Unfortunately the name plate i ordered did not fit the base. I would have thought someone would have checked that out before production of name plate. The base had specicific demisions that I ordered the name plate to. However, there was no mention what size name plate would actually fit the front portion of base itself.
