He started the lesson with some stretching and footwork drills to prevent injury, which I really appreciate since I haven't played in 7 years! Coach Pete was very patient, helpful, and cheerful. During the lesson he was able to improve my technique through observation, on the spot coaching and swing repetition that resulted in much more consistency in the quality of my strokes/hits.
