Mostly good checkout process, but with one annoying interface issue for those with basic phones Excellent rental experience. Since no shops seem to rent out OneWheels, this was the only place I could find to do so. I am taking off one star because the site did not allow me to submit ID verification (instead of submitting a $500 deposit with my credit card) because I do not have a smartphone. Even though I received a text with the link to the ID verification process, when I typed it into my web browser on my Macbook computer, the site would not let me proceed. I assume one would need to access the link directly on their smartphone. Not everyone has a smartphone or wants to use one, and it is a mistake for sites such as this to not be so user friendly to those who use basic phones and need to go through the rental process on their PC.

Rent my …? Great communication between owners & renters. Reasonable fees for the security & peace of mind! I have had 3 great experiences renting my equipment out. For less than a typical 2 hour rental of an inflatable tandem kayak… the consumer can take mine for 24 hours! When I am not using it… it brings in $! And it is covered if there is an issue! What’s not to love?

Excellent platform for peer to peer… Excellent platform for peer to peer Rentals! Allows owners to cover their equipment and themselves from liability and damage to equipment. Easy to set up and maintain. Very well built and the fees are quite reasonable. Will continue to use this platform to generate a bit of additional income.
