The technicians moved my Precor 885 EFX … The technicians moved my Precor 885 EFX from one house to another and were extremely efficient in doing so. The entry to the room at the second location had a hard right turn into the room and the technicians were able to remove the arms from the EFX, and maneuver the large, heavy equipment into the room. They reassembled the EFX and made sure it worked before leaving. Excellent job!

Knowledgeable company Knowledgeable company, provided excellent solutions to our Gym setup with quality equipment. They also provide preventative maintenance checks. I would recommend them to groups or people that want quality equipment. Gave them a 4 1/2 star instead of a 5 due to a need to communicate more efficiently with responses to emails.

The only place I would go! From the moment we walked in the door, pre-Christmas on a Saturday so it was super busy, we were treated so well! Marlyn spent so much time with us picking out a treadmill and Jessica was so helpful scheduling the delivery! The delivery went so smoothly and on time! This is my second experience with Carolina Fitness Equipment and the only place I recommend if you’re building a home gym of any size! They have everything you could want at a great price!

Do not do business here! They were ok until I called to cancel an order that they hadn’t provided a delivery date for, that’s when I was told, by the way we’re charging you a 20% restocking fee; a fee that I never heard of until I called to cancel; not posted in their warehouse, on their website, on the invoice nor in any conversations until you decide to cancel. Bad business dealings. What good company surprises people with a fee that they pull out of their hat when it suits them.
