The technicians moved my Precor 885 EFX … The technicians moved my Precor 885 EFX from one house to another and were extremely efficient in doing so. The entry to the room at the second location had a hard right turn into the room and the technicians were able to remove the arms from the EFX, and maneuver the large, heavy equipment into the room. They reassembled the EFX and made sure it worked before leaving. Excellent job!

Knowledgeable company Knowledgeable company, provided excellent solutions to our Gym setup with quality equipment. They also provide preventative maintenance checks. I would recommend them to groups or people that want quality equipment. Gave them a 4 1/2 star instead of a 5 due to a need to communicate more efficiently with responses to emails.

Do not do business here! They were ok until I called to cancel an order that they hadn’t provided a delivery date for, that’s when I was told, by the way we’re charging you a 20% restocking fee; a fee that I never heard of until I called to cancel; not posted in their warehouse, on their website, on the invoice nor in any conversations until you decide to cancel. Bad business dealings. What good company surprises people with a fee that they pull out of their hat when it suits them.

David Preble and his staff are… David Preble and his staff are extremely professional. He helped me take an empty space and turn it into the best gym in Spartanburg, SC. His ability to find you the perfect piece of equipment no matter where in the country it is, tear it completely apart, send it to his paint shop, then send it to his upholstery shop and put all new pulleys and chords on it is awesome. This gives you the ability to take an "old school" piece of great equipment and bring it back to life as if it were just off the showroom floor years ago.
