Not scamming you The Ricmotech company is a fantastic company. If you are new to order racing sim from ricmo then just beware it may to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. Don’t be worried there not scamming costumers it just may take a while for your package to arrive.

I own Ricmotech products I own Ricmotech products, and as every product in the lifecycle will have potential issues sometimes. The question is how a company stand behind there products, and handle when s**t hit the fan. I give them a strong A+. Customer service is efficient, enjoyable to deal with and they truly care, I will buy more from them when needed with confidence. Thanks again.

Great Service! I had placed an order but unfortunately with COVID 19 everything with the distributors was basically on hold. Covid or no Covid Covid or no Covid. Charging someone's credit card and then 3 months later and still no product refusing to refund money and cancel backorder is atrocious business practices. They deserve to be put on notice. My next stop is my credit card company. Will file a disputed transaction report.
