Nice customer service. I didn't contact them, they contacted me. I haven't received my shoes yet (they are on their way) but they called to double check the sizing because they are a men's size but look a little feminine and they just wanted to make sure I ordered the correct size. I thought that was very nice of them.

I was highly impressed! I was impressed by the sale price of my wetsuit as well as highly impressed w/ how fast I received it, especially since the person who processes orders was on vacation! There was an announcement on the site that orders may be delayed. I paid the $10 shipping hoping that it would increase my chances of receiving it before my surf trip, and to my pleasant surprise, it arrived in just a few days! I’ll definitely go to them first for my next order.

Great Service I purchased a wetsuit from HBC which was not available in my area in the size I needed. I got a coupon from HBC for 20% off, paid no shipping and not tax and received the suit in about 4 days from the time I ordered. The suit was as ordered, no blemishes and is what I needed. I would purchase from HBC again should the opportunity arise.

Not current model Oneil wetsuit Ordered a Psycho-1 back zip wetsuit. Used the wet20 discount. Decent price But this was not the current model (techno butter 3). I have a old TB3 and a old TB2.so I can compare it. I don't think this was even a TB2 from the markings. I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
