I was highly impressed! I was impressed by the sale price of my wetsuit as well as highly impressed w/ how fast I received it, especially since the person who processes orders was on vacation! There was an announcement on the site that orders may be delayed. I paid the $10 shipping hoping that it would increase my chances of receiving it before my surf trip, and to my pleasant surprise, it arrived in just a few days! I got a coupon from HBC for 20% off, paid no shipping and not tax and received the suit in about 4 days from the time I ordered. The suit was as ordered, no blemishes and is what I needed.
