GBGreat Customer Service Called the number as I had a couple of questions regarding the correct mount for a magnifier I ordered. My information/questions were passed onto a tech, received a follow-up call where we walked through my order, got the correct mount ordered and refund processed for the one I originally ordered. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Would not hesitate to call if you have questions!

GBA package got lost in the mail A package got lost in the mail. The first couple of responses were lacking. It was up to me to wait on USPS to investigate while I had neither my money nor package. Isaac was my third call and he handled it like a seasoned veteran. My review would have been much lower were it not for Isaac's intervention.

GBSenior simple purchase I was making a purchase for my son in another state as a birthday gift. There was a little issue with completing the order. I called service. They went to great lengths to find out the issue. It was simple. Because of what I had ordered, it was controlled by the ATF. I needed to upgrade the shipping to a signature receipt. The service department identified the problem as quickly as possible. The solution applied. Everything went through. Thank you so much for a great purchasing experience.
