My account manager, Erica, was awesome and walked me step by step through the site, which is super user friendly. She also checks in with me often. The coaches are always sending tips and readily available to answer any questions throughout the hiring process. The site is very user friendly and the tools that WizeHire uses to filter candidates is awesome.

I would use it again Not that hard to use. Easy to understand and to stop. I don't like that people that don't live around me apply. I'm in Cleveland area and I get an application from India or someone that gives you a resume that isn't even in English. I would use it again to get employees.
