USI received a substantial amount of qualified applications I received a substantial amount of qualified applications and made a hire. It was very easy to post a job and track progress and applications on the mobile app. The only comment I would make is that many candidates did not even have minimal experience in the field of practice for the position. I wish Wizehire could screen or implement a way to sort those out to save us time going through each one. However, I will not take even one star away from this review. Overall experience was great.

From help creating the job posting, sorting the candidates, help from coaches on ways to make our job ad more enticing if we weren't seeing people apply right away, and even tips on how to have a successful onboarding once hired. USThe customer care team is responsive… The customer care team is responsive and resourceful. The templates and tips are helpful. SEO is a large body of work, so a user will want to learn a bit more about those best practices. And, although it is not clear what rate cards look like by zipcode or region, the dollars invested are worth it. Recommend as a "get in / get out" cost effective solution.
