Our great experience! We thought we had ordered the correct front bumper. When it arrived and found it wasn’t we contacted them. Immediately they had the correct one shipped to us and it arrived within 1-2 days! They are very helpful and courteous. We would recommend them highly.

Super Happy The boarding ladder arrived in excellent shape and has been installed and it works perfectly and wonder why I waited so long to buy one its perfect and makes our jet ski so easy to board! We love it! Excellent Product! Sea Doo Rocks!

We decided to order from skidoo before… We decided to order from skidoo before Thanksgiving to beat the whole black Friday BS an still got shafted, we ordered snowmobile gear for a family member as a gift for Christmas an it is now December 26th still never showed up with the disappointment of no gift for a family member (very embarrassing to me). There service centers are certainly no help an Customer service is reluctant when asking where things are ,they are quick to take payment but don't deliver its been over a month still nothing an say sorry for the inconvenience of black Friday order which thus was NOT! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN!!! Sorry skidoo but this was a major disappointment being this is all we ride.

Accessories Recently I have ordered several accessories for my new Can-Am Outlander. The part I ordered from Ski-Doo was compatible with my G2L frame. This accessory was unavailable from any Can-Am vendors that I could find, even BRP. I received status updates on my order, shipping and expected delivery date. I won't mention names, but I've ordered parts from another vendor that charged my account right away and I still don't have those parts, nor do I know the status. Excellent job Ski-Doo. Ya'll know how to do business.

Great price, but choose the wrong delivery service. Great price, but you used FedX ........ They are the absolute worse delivery company...... Every time I order something where they are used I have problems, and this was no exemption......they said it had been delivered but it was not, after the long process of getting ahold of them they finally found and delivered my bag. Extremely frustrating. So I can't give 5 stars due to your company making the decision to use FedEx.
