Readers Beware! Readers Beware. Today, Fishlore Representatives posted a link to this Trustpilot page with a caption that begs people to come here and give them positive ratings. In the caption, it states that their poor reviews are from from people they've banned from their site, which couldn't be further from the truth. Clean up your act Fishlore! Stop allowing your moderators to bully and humiliate the members of your group. Keep it in perspective. You're a fish forum.

There are certainly better aquarium forums out there... I was a member of Fishlore for almost 6 years, with over 2500 posts helping and learning from fellow aquarists. As I was reading some of the reviews here, I noticed a review that one of the mods replied to. The mod stated, "We don't ban members very often and only after they have been given several warnings about forum rules violations." This is simply not true. I was banned from FL without any warning, and from what I can tell, my crime was belonging to another fish forum. Others I know had a similar experience. I enjoyed my time on FL but was treated terribly by the mods there. There are certainly more welcoming aquarium forums available.

This forum is really racist!!!!! This forum is really racist, the moderators have their favorite members. If your not “their” kind, don’t open your mouth about anything! It’s a very nasty forum, where people who have little to no experience raising fish tell others what to do. Don’t waste your time, talk to people who actually own fish stores or raise your type of fish can help your more than most people on here. Although some people on here are very nice, not enough are!!!

banned for doing literally nothing. Made a account so I could ask a question Regarding my Aquarium but went to sleep before I posted, I went to sign in and post my question but before I could do anything I was banned. Didn’t give me a reason or what “rule” I violated. I didn’t post any comments or forms, I made an account and signed out for the night. Then I was banned the next morning.

VERY MEAN AND HATEFUL MODERATORS especially Rivieraneo NEVER SEEN SUCH MEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL MODERATORS MANAGING A FORUM. THEY ENJOY BANNING PEOPLE INSTEAD OF OFFERING A WARM ENVIRONMENT. . I WAS BANNED WITH NO WARNING FROM the admin Rivieraneo because i POSTED A PHOTO THAT WAS NOT MINE AND I REPLIED TO THIS MOD BY SAYING THAT THE PHOTO ACTUALLY WAS PART OF THE LINK I INSERTED ON MY POST BUT THAT MISERABLE HATEFUL person, STILL BANNED ME. NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU CALL THESE GUYS. SHAME ON YOU AND I HOPE PEOPLE REALLY LEARN WHAT THEY REALLY ARE.
