purchased a cycling dress . purchased a cycling dress . Item came no shorts inside . How can you cycle without a short under the dress ? I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping when something is sold as cycling items and its not .added today , company did reach out and offered to pay for shipping g as there was confusion on the item .
