While the delivery time was a wee bit… While the delivery time was a wee bit too long, the cups were definitely worth the wait and did not disappoint!! I LOVED MY CUPS and were EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEM!! I did have to reach out to customer service due to the shipping time; but Jennifer in Customer Service was extremely sweet and very helpful! I will definitely order again!

Great customer service but long wait for products First I want everyone who orders to understand it takes over a month to receive your purchase. I received 2 quilts and one was not sewn together right. I contacted customer service was given 2 options 20% back or a new replacement item. These where gifts I choose the replacement item. They resent it and the quilt was perfect. Customer service kept in-touch through emails the whole time. I will order from them again because they handled everything perfect to make sure I received the product I purchased. I am giving 3 stars because the wait time was long it’s 30 days from purchase date before even mailed out. I think that should be somewhere on the site to understand that before purchasing.

I purchased a 32 oz insulated tumbler I purchased a 32 oz insulated tumbler. It is totally beautiful. I have other glasses, but not insulated. This will be very useful when we are riding the motorcycle. It will keep it cold and be beautiful as well. Thankyou do much.
