While the delivery time was a wee bit… While the delivery time was a wee bit too long, the cups were definitely worth the wait and did not disappoint!! I LOVED MY CUPS and were EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEM!! I did have to reach out to customer service due to the shipping time; but Jennifer in Customer Service was extremely sweet and very helpful! I will definitely order again!

Happy with product Even though the delivery took longer than I expected and I couldn’t track the package, I must admit that the tumblers are beautiful. I appreciate the updates and the reassurance from Mark! At first I was not sure if I would order anything again but I think I will order a couple of items for Christmas. Cracking/crumbling coating on first use I bought my water tracker bottle a good time ago; maybe a year/year and half ago. I had never yet used it; it's been in a kitchen cabinet all this time with my other travel mugs. I was travelling this weekend and remembered I had my 64Hydro water tracker and was very excited-it would be perfect for my trip! I used it Saturday without issue. Sunday... the coating felt puffy and started cracking and crumbling into my hands. I'm so very disappointed and do hope there's a way to either get another one in hopes for better quality this time or, be refunded. I worry though that it's been so long now and not having a copy of my order receipt, nothing will be done. I have reached out to them via Facebook messenger. We shall see.

Great Tumblers!! It was easy to order the tumbler, I picked out one for my son-in-law. He likes to read and since he's professor at a collage in Washington state, I picked out a suitable one. I just had them send it directly to him, since I live in a different state. I have a similar tumbler and I use it every day. It's great for keeping my coffee hot. My daughters love theirs. I had to order a replacement lid for one of my daughters, only because she lost hers. You can't go wrong with one of these tumblers.
