Return I had ordered the wrong size equipment bag and I was able to return the wrong one and order a new one and I had the refund from the first bag before I even received the correct bag.

They make it difficult to return an item They make it difficult to return an item for refund!!! It's a hassle to return anything. and they want to charge a re stocking fee plus I had to pay for shipping both times. poor customer service.

Horrible return policy! I ordered one of their roller bags and after ordering, realized it was the wrong one. I had to wait for the bag to come, which it did, and I never even opened it as I knew I was going to send it back. When I requested information on the company's return policy, they advised that I can send it back and as long as the tags are still in tact and it's in the original packaging, they will refund my money, minus a restock fee. I ended up having to pay for the return shipping ($60) and then was still deducted another $30 restock fee. I would advise against using this company unless you are absolutely certain you will keep the product you order. This kind of return policy in today's world just isn't up to par with other companies therefore, I would prefer to take my business somewhere else - and encourage you do the same.

Just got my sweats today in the mail truly high quality, have that softball pants feel with a twist of comfy sweats, with both side and back pocket. For sure my favorite pair of sweats I own.
