USCustomer service/support was great Customer service/support was great. I had problems finalizing my order for an air pistol. I thought maybe it was my Pagpal acct, but asked AGD if they could help me. Within hours, they responded that they had received my request sndvwould get back to me. Within 24 hours, they sent me a link to finalize my purchase I had attempted twice before. This time, with assistance from AGD customer service, my order went through and I purchased the air pistol! US'new' Crosman 2240XL? Received the 'new' Crosman 2240XL. Opened the cartridge tube and the valve seal fell out. The seal was beatup and ovaled. Definitely not unused. The response I got was a set of links and a list of repair shops. I guess I should have paid the extra $10 to get a gun that wasn't a returned item. Would have been nice of you to pop a seal in the mail. Yeah I know, it is Crosman's fault. As it was, I tore the gun down, replaced the seal .....then flipped the transfer port 180 degrees before reassmbly. Yes, it was upside down and blowing air out the bolt.

USAir Venturi compact inline filter I ordered the inline moisture filter and the female fitting is too loose while the male fitting is very tight. The quality of the male and female connectors is poor and are of two different thread types. The male fitting is M10 x 1 and the female fitting is 1/8" NPT. This makes it hard to insert the filter into my hose assembly the way I want to. Given this filter is $10 more than the cheap filters on Amazon, I expected better quality.

USAwful Customer Service Bought an Umarex Colt Defender a month ago. Trigger failed within two weeks. By the time I got to customer service, I was told it was 5 days out of the exchange period and could not be helped, despite it being delivered well within the 30 day period. Awful experience. Would advise to order elsewhere if you value customer service.
