I thought maybe it was my Pagpal acct, but asked AGD if they could help me. Within hours, they responded that they had received my request sndvwould get back to me. Within 24 hours, they sent me a link to finalize my purchase I had attempted twice before. This time, with assistance from AGD customer service, my order went through and I purchased the air pistol! Hatsan 95 air rifle purchase It was fairly easy to find information on the page about the air rifle I was looking for. I really liked the fact that you could have the gun tested before it was shipped. It would be nice if there were better instructions on mounting the scope. Looking forward to taking it to the range and zeroing it in. Appreciate that you have employees who reach out to you after the purchase to offer assistance with any questions or help with my new air rifle.

Excellent customer service, but I have an inquiry. Excellent customer service. One inquiry; why I get shipping charges when I qualify for free shipping (to Puerto Rico) when it costs you the same as shipping it to other states. We have the same postal service as the rest of the nation and "ground shipping charges" are the same (maybe except Hawaii). Please correct this injustice and clear sign of prejudice toward us.
