If the call is from Percy, give them your time. When the call from Percy came in I didn't recognize who it was from but decided to give a listen. I am glad I did. The several calls I have had elevated my idea of what experience with a recruiter could be. My credential may or may not qualify for the position they were filling, but they took time to see if it could be a fit for the position and had genuine curiosity and genuine engagement with me. They are purposeful, intentional, but with a true desire to know the person they are calling and not just the skill sets. Their manner alone made me feel that what they were presenting would be worth looking at. They represented the hiring company well in the process. That heightens your belief that the hiring company might be great to be a part of. I thank both Percy representatives for a worthwhile experience and time spent toward a shared opportunity.

Madeleine was a pleasure to talk to Madeleine was a pleasure to talk to. She was nice, polite, and very informative about the job position. I felt she had my best interest at heart. She left her contact information in case I needed any further assistance with the application process. Thank you!

Superbly Unprofessional I’m not sure if also want to leave a honest review for HavenPark Communities as well. My hiring coordinator was (Maricel) and (Jake) the hiring manager. Maricel texted me today 1/28/24 stating the first position she spoke with me about was already filled “actually” … Which means it was filled prior to me going through the whole process. Never said anything about it until the sixth week. This whole cat and mouse chase took a total of SIX weeks. Seriously … I’ve been dealing with this company since January 17th. My first interview w/ HavenPark was rescheduled 3x times by THEM not me. On one of those days I was told it was canceled literally an hour before. On a different day I was left in my zoom call room for a total of 45 minutes and no one showed up to conduct my interview. It took another TWO full weeks for the first interview to finally be completed. Another TWO more weeks to do the 2nd interview. And the final interview took another week in a half but I got the flu and my voice was nonexistent. I did my due diligence to reschedule and they told me to call another person in a different state to schedule. Which took a total of 14 days. Anyway. . . Due to ME RESCHEDULING ONE TIME (again due to the FLU as if I can control that) while they rescheduled THREE DIFFERENT TIMES for unknown reasons. They allegedly had to move down the pipeline because they’re looking to “immediately fill” this position. We’re about to hit MARCH currently 2/28/24. I would like to know what your definition of immediately is….. Now suddenly there was a person ahead of me in the process PRIOR to January 17th. Then why play around with someone like this? And that’s not “immediately looking to fill a position” which tells me they also been playing games with someone else long before I came in the picture. I talked to a total of SIX PEOPLE during the screening and hiring process over the phone or zoom for SIX WEEKS. I never a physical address of where I’m working. Never seen my work place or what I was going to be doing physically just “word of mouth” … Haven’t seen one mobile home I’m supposed to be selling. It was all blinding. This was the worst experience I’ve ever been through!!! In the end “Thank you for time and patience through the process” ….. and still no JOB offer or additional options after the inconvenience? Absolutely ridiculous and hurtful how a company can play around with someones time and emotions like this especially how the economy is going. I forgot to mention I also completed a presentation and sales script w/ questions that was required for a final interview. Wasted so much of my time.

My phone interview was a good experience. I don't experience phone interviews that aften, my experience with Ellie was excellent! She called at the agreed time, but had to leave a voice message. When I called back, she answered on the first call. She was very informative about the position. Even though she had to call back for the survey, she called back in the time agreed upon. She was very nice and a pleasant person to talk to. She did a follow up with the hiring manager to make sure I had the right information about the position. I look forward to partnering with Percy and recommend them to my friends.
