Ordered a 54* wedge with 100gr KBS tour… Ordered a 54* wedge with 100gr KBS tour lite shaft. I received a 95gr shaft. Emailed them about it and “lisa” said they use 95gr shafts to build stiff shafts. Immediately I want to return the club. I asked for a return label and “Lisa” said they are still looking into the situation bc it might have just had the wrong sticker put on it. I ask again for a return label again and nothing. I asked again today and finally got the return label. How could I trust that I’m getting what i ordered from them? Will not have any hogans in my bag.

And i have to say she has been outstanding in answering my questions and concerns. Today i receive brand new heads and couldn't be any happier. Great Service Ordered a custom driver just before we were locked down for covid 19. Emailed to ask what would happen. Alison was very helpful and my club - even though I can't use it just yet- is arriving tomorrow. Great service inthe current circumstances.

I requested two irons so that i could… I requested two irons so that i could test them out. they arrived promptly and i was able to take them to the driving range several times before the two week trial period ended. i sent the clubs back with plans to try the other hogan irons before deciding which, if any, i would prefer. the hogan system is really pretty good. you get a real chance to test the clubs before buying.
