GBMuddied Waters I liked all the choices of products. I don't like the fact that different items are sold by different suppliers, whereas shipping is divided up from PA and the "sold by". I am not a keen fan of the "can I help you" pop up when I'm shopping. (too often) I would rather not see it at all.

GBThe website you have is easy to…Easy as 1..2..3 ! The website you have is easy to navigate and allows you to find you items of interest easily. You can shop similar or related items to compare. I like that you can keep items to purchase in a cart while you await any back ordered item to become available. I was kept informed of my delivery date and even time… so porch pirates don’t steal my items!

GBI had an Umarex Legends MP 40 which… I had an Umarex Legends MP 40 which malfunctioned during Pyramid Air's 30 day warranty. They sent Mr return shipping label, no questions asked. I shipped the gun out on Monday; and I had the replacement in hand Saturday morning. Outrageously good customer service

GBFantastic sales support When I began chatting with Matthew, I only knew I was interested in target shooting with an air rifle and about how much I was looking to spend. At the end of the conversation, I was educated, excited, and the owner of a rifle that would meet my needs now and in the foreseeable future. Later, I had questions regarding accessories, and once again, Pyramyd came through. Very knowledgeable folks.

GBI’m afraid that the choice in shipping… I’m afraid that the choice in shipping companies has turned this into a terrible experience for me. UPS has lost my package and their customer service is horrible. The package was tracked to a local facility but I can’t attempt to retrieve it myself until they have made an attempt to deliver it. It’s been “processing “ for 3 days. I can’t request any investigation because that must be done by the shipper. That’s your responsibility and I sent your representative an email explaining the situation and have not received any response. I’m really hoping to get this resolved soon. Help!
