I shipped the gun out on Monday; and I had the replacement in hand Saturday morning. Outrageously good customer service

My brother said Air is Free pellets inexpensive. When my brother, retired US Navy, researched your S510, 0.25 cal, tactical rifle and the customer service help is awesome. Since this purchase I found air guns/revolver and accessories matches are great. Air is free and just buying the balls and pellets with free is wonderful. I’m afraid that the choice in shipping… I’m afraid that the choice in shipping companies has turned this into a terrible experience for me. UPS has lost my package and their customer service is horrible. The package was tracked to a local facility but I can’t attempt to retrieve it myself until they have made an attempt to deliver it. It’s been “processing “ for 3 days. I can’t request any investigation because that must be done by the shipper. That’s your responsibility and I sent your representative an email explaining the situation and have not received any response. I’m really hoping to get this resolved soon. Help!
