GBMissing Products & Pay To Return?? Had a horrible first experience. First off, they couldn't have sent out w/in 24 hours because package didn't get to USPS for 5 days. Then it supposed to take 2 days to days to get here- it took another 5 days to get to us. When we got it 3 items were missing & the rest was so cheaply made it is dangerous to use. Upon sending an e-mail to support explaining this, we were told that we had been sent good quality products. If we didn't want them, we would have to pay the shipping to return them & they would deduct a 15% restocking fee. This is crazy! They sell cheap quality merchandise & then won't even take care of their customers who don't want it. What a rip-off!

GBExcellent product and service Excellent product and excellent customer service. When I recieved half of my order due to FedEx mishandling the shipment, I called and the man who I spoke with tracked down the other half of the shipment and made sure I received everything. Very stisfied!
