GBThe bands are just as good as Crossover… The bands are just as good as Crossover Symmetry, in my opinion. The price point is far better than Crossover. The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is the system didn't come with a instruction guide of the different movements for rehabilitation of shoulders.
