Terrible. DO NOT USE THEM I ordered some piste signs in OCTOBER for a Christmas present and after MONTHS of chasing and being fobbed off, they were delivered in MARCH. They were the wrong size, wrong type and were rubbish. I called to complain and was told that the hand painting 'added atmosphere' - they look like a 10 year old painted them for a school project. I returned them and then had to chase AGAIN to get a refund. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS.

Get WAY more than pay for. Perfect! I’m rarely motivated to leave feedback but I must say how impressed I am with Snow Shepherd, not only with the product (after a week on the slopes, the gloves are as good if not better than anything else on the market) but also the communication. I work in customer service myself and it’s such a pleasure for me to experience great service particularly in the UK. It amazes me how so many businesses seem unable to keep to these three basic tenets: 1. On brief (product or service as described) 2. On time (delivered when promised) 3. On price (no hidden or extras costs) Good luck, and keep up the great work.
