Get WAY more than pay for. Perfect! I’m rarely motivated to leave feedback but I must say how impressed I am with Snow Shepherd, not only with the product (after a week on the slopes, the gloves are as good if not better than anything else on the market) but also the communication. I work in customer service myself and it’s such a pleasure for me to experience great service particularly in the UK. It amazes me how so many businesses seem unable to keep to these three basic tenets: 1. On brief (product or service as described) 2. On time (delivered when promised) 3. Black Leather Gloves I already have two pairs of the original work gloves and use one for skiing and one when cutting logs. Both have proved excellent. These black leather gloves have been great. As warm as ever, but on a Spring trip to Les Arcs with mixed conditions the waterproof Hipora membrane is a real game changer. Dry hands even in very wet snow. BTW the ski instructors and lifties are still wearing the original style. The leather has shaped to my hands within one week. Happy customer.

Terrible. DO NOT USE THEM I ordered some piste signs in OCTOBER for a Christmas present and after MONTHS of chasing and being fobbed off, they were delivered in MARCH. They were the wrong size, wrong type and were rubbish. I called to complain and was told that the hand painting 'added atmosphere' - they look like a 10 year old painted them for a school project. I returned them and then had to chase AGAIN to get a refund. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS.
