IENot delivered - terrible customer care I would give Zero stars if it was an option!! I purchased their expensive product and got notice that it was our for delivery. After waiting more than the normal delivery time I checked the tracking only to see that it was marked as Delivered and signed for in a totally different county. I tried emailing and got no reply so tried a different email address and was replied to telling me that the order was delivered and 'did I know Micheal?maybe he's a neighbour'!! It was signed for in a different county! I explained this to the representative and forwarded a copy of my invice with the address. In a following email I wadls then told the driver remembered the delivery and 'do you know the shop born in the shopping centre?'!!! My name and address was clearly printed on my invoice. I still have not had a solution after paying full price for this product. It is an issue with their delivery company but their customer care has been awful trying to sort the problem.

GBGet the safety bars. Getting the safety bars was a game-changer. I am now using the mini with great confidence. (I'm 68). My health is poor, so I basically just walk; but it's enough to feel my metabolism & feeling of energy increase immediately. It is SO low impact and the rebound is SO bouncy - the smallest effort has multiplied benefits. Most of all it really is FUN! My daughter (26) ... who spends WAY too much time sitting at her computer, is now getting great cardio workouts! My one regret is that I didn't make the investment YEARS ago.

GBBellicon the Company Does Not Care About You If there was ANYWAY to leave a zero star review for Bellicon, I would. Buyer Beware dealing with this company. They are unresponsive to contacts and inquiries, and it's impossible to get a live person on the phone. I had my heart set on a Bellicon and saved for 2-years to make the purchase. Ordered the top of the line trampoline during their bogus Black Friday sale and 4-weeks later, after paying in full, nothing. No rebounder, no estimated shipping date, no response to my inquiries, nothing. Ugh. . . .what a complete and utter disappointment. Please, if you care at all about how you are treated as a consumer, don't deal with this company. They don't care about you, or their reputation.

GBUnreasonably long shipping time! I ordered two pairs of rebounder socks on November 27 as a Christmas gift for my wife. The socks did not ship until today, December 18. They will not arrive until after Christmas, despite me being told they would arrive in time. No explanation was given for the ridiculously long time to get my order out. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed with Bellicon and will very likely not purchase anything from them again.

GBWorth every penny! Worth every penny! Super quiet, sturdy, so much fun to use. Our family went through two cheap chinese trampolines. After both breaking down a couple of months after use, I decided it was time to invest in a quality bouncer. You will not regret purchasing a Bellicon!!
