Thorough and Understandable The course was very informative and covered everything I think I should know. The option to have the current page of information read aloud was helpful, and I utilized that often. The end-of-chapter quizzes covered the most important, basic pieces. I feel prepared now that I have taken this course. There are many new things I learned. The information is easy to read and understand. The payment process for the course was easy, and then paying and printing out my license after I finished was fast. I took the adult course, so I just bought and printed my certificate when I was ready.

Great Option Great option for teenagers who are not able to complete the class in a traditional classroom setting. Class is set-up in a manner that is easy to follow, gives updates at the end of chapter quizzes and final test, and gives you the certificate to print off for your field day. Online program is organized, has nice visuals, and the information is read aloud. Thanks for this wonderful option!

Wait times were wayyyy too long Wait times on the pages were wayyyy too long. For example, a page that takes 15 seconds to read which basically says don’t use a snowmobile while under the influence makes me wait a minute and a half before moving on. In addition, some on the information in the videos is repeated on another page, making you wait twice. The course took 3 hours but if it weren’t for the unnecessary wait times I could probably have completed it in 1.5-2.
