USA+ customer service I had an issue with one of the paddles sold and addressed it with the company. Before I HAD to come up with a good resolution they took the initiative to help me out and brought a fair resolution to the table. This was the perfect situation to distinguish a bad company from a good one. They handled it very professionally and went above part to make things right. Good Job!!

USVery poor customer service I purchased an Element paddle that had imperfections on face of paddle.I also did not like how paddle played.Asked to exchange paddle for Z5 and pay difference in paddle cost, Was told all Element paddles had imperfections on face which is not true,I have seen a number of their paddles without imperfections.I was told that it was against their policy to exchange paddles.No compromise was offered and I wound up stuck with an imperfect paddle that I do not enjoy playing with.Only company that I know that is so inflexible.
