Still Waiting... Placed an order online with Precor on May 30. It is now July 1st and still no word back from them on delivery status. Item was in stock when I placed order and received confirmation order that stated lead times were up to 10 days given the current environment (no problem with that). I have sent 3 emails to customer service and have received zero response! I have tried the online sales support chat and for the last 3 weeks I have been told I’m 4th on the allocation list and should expect delivery by end of the week.....another week and not even a peep. Unsure if Precor is always this bad through online ordering. Will think twice before ordering from them again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for a product costing $2k+.

Great Customer service from Jason M Great Customer service from Jason M. He answered all my questions quickly, gave me options on units, cost and financing if I wanted it. He was very fast with his communication and even followed up with better pricing when it became available and refunded the difference.

Precor only wants your money Precor chooses not to supply the materials needed to repair their machines. The machines may work well, but if they have problems, you have a very expensive paperweight. When contacted, they do not read your emails, do not listen to your conversation, and all in all do not care. I would NEVER advise anyone to purchase anything from this company.

Is this a scam? Ordered a home gym a few weeks ago and I have reached out several times for an update on shipping. No response. I understand that due to Covid-19 shipments are delayed but some sort of communication needs to be given to the buyers. Do you have the equipment or not? If not, can you guarantee it in the upcoming few weeks? I'm about to call the better business bureau. You had no problem charging me and taking my money! Update: I have been contacted that the shipment is delayed into the New Year. Still no confirmation date of delivery yet. More to come.

I was having difficulty checking out… I was having difficulty checking out with financing and Jason M. helped me greatly! I wouldn't have been able to finish the transaction. He was great--I didn't even get upset and shop else where because we have a few Precor items and the customer service is great!
