Great place to purchase a treadmill. It was time for a new treadmill so while looking around we stopped at Precor Home Fitness. They had a nice selection of equipment. The salesman took his time explaining the features of the various machines and had us try them to see which ones best fit our needs. He was very helpful and it was a great shopping experience. We purchased a Precor treadmill which was delivered and installed. They also removed our old treadmill.

Basic but well built treadmill The treadmill is very basic, no fancy screens or embellishments, but I wanted that because I figured it was less things that could break or malfunction. It has a small footprint, a fantastic warranty and is a very quiet machine. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the gentleman installing it told me it was a very well made machine.

Precor only wants your money Precor chooses not to supply the materials needed to repair their machines. The machines may work well, but if they have problems, you have a very expensive paperweight. When contacted, they do not read your emails, do not listen to your conversation, and all in all do not care. I would NEVER advise anyone to purchase anything from this company.

We were very satisfied with the help we… We were very satisfied with the help we received from the knowledgeable and courteous staff there. We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

3 Months waiting for a Multifunctional… 3 Months waiting for a Multifunctional Inspire machine, when the initial lead time was 4 weeks. They keep saying next week, in few days, etc. They are not honest with customers. Even if you try to buy the same right now they will tell you the same lead time and same answers when they know it is not true. Asked for procedure to get refund in case I want it but they did not reply my question.
