Great After-sales support! After sale customer support was fantastic. There were some shipping issues and Lisa Singleton was very helpful. Pricing was much more fair than from the local Precor fitness shop who would have charged me more for a display model and then charged me for delivery - so I saved $200 and delivery fees - great value!

I never felt pressured for one minute. I stopped in a couple times before committing to a nice home-elliptical machine that we now love. We bought a refurb machine, which ended up having a minor problem, so we contacted them and they came out and fixed it perfectly. No problem. Now we really love the machine and are using it regularly.
