Great place to purchase a treadmill. It was time for a new treadmill so while looking around we stopped at Precor Home Fitness. They had a nice selection of equipment. The salesman took his time explaining the features of the various machines and had us try them to see which ones best fit our needs. He was very helpful and it was a great shopping experience. We purchased a Precor treadmill which was delivered and installed. They also removed our old treadmill.

I was having difficulty checking out… I was having difficulty checking out with financing and Jason M. helped me greatly! I wouldn't have been able to finish the transaction. He was great--I didn't even get upset and shop else where because we have a few Precor items and the customer service is great!

Mold infested equipment from a scammer company I wish I would have listened to the other reviews before throwing away $1200 with this company. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, both with the product itself, and the absolutely horrendous, nasty service from a company. This company sent a used product that was infested with toxic mold and mildew that contaminated my home and made our family sick from exposure. We had no choice but to throw it out after the one and only customer service rep told us it would take them a week to pick up. They hurt my child, infected our home, caused damage to our property, and had the audacity to keep my money and refuse a refund. This company is dangerous and operates like a scam, with only ONE customer service representative, who is completely unhinged. If you already spent your money, I am so sorry but don’t expect to get anything from it. If you haven’t, avoid these monsters at all cost

Is this a scam? Ordered a home gym a few weeks ago and I have reached out several times for an update on shipping. No response. I understand that due to Covid-19 shipments are delayed but some sort of communication needs to be given to the buyers. Do you have the equipment or not? If not, can you guarantee it in the upcoming few weeks? I'm about to call the better business bureau. You had no problem charging me and taking my money! Update: I have been contacted that the shipment is delayed into the New Year. Still no confirmation date of delivery yet. More to come.

Terrible customer service ! Terrible customer service ! Our incline stopped working due to an error 6months after purchasing Precor treadmill ! It has been more than a year since then but they have been mailing parts to us instead of sending a technician here. Problem is their complicated programming that needs an expert technician not the parts! If they can not send technicians somewhere they should stop selling their super expensive treadmills to those cities! I have wasted 5000$ On this treadmill . So disappointed
