He was great--I didn't even get upset and shop else where because we have a few Precor items and the customer service is great!

Precor only wants your money Precor chooses not to supply the materials needed to repair their machines. The machines may work well, but if they have problems, you have a very expensive paperweight. When contacted, they do not read your emails, do not listen to your conversation, and all in all do not care. I would NEVER advise anyone to purchase anything from this company.

He was very fast with his communication and even followed up with better pricing when it became available and refunded the difference.

Basic but well built treadmill The treadmill is very basic, no fancy screens or embellishments, but I wanted that because I figured it was less things that could break or malfunction. It has a small footprint, a fantastic warranty and is a very quiet machine. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the gentleman installing it told me it was a very well made machine.

We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.
