We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

Precor needs to support their online… Precor needs to support their online sales department better with their traditional sales. It took a long time to get a shipping notice from precor - long enough to warrant a phone call. That call to the sales department, using phone number on confirmation email, ended up in the wrong sales area who couldn’t seem to help except to email the online sales team. Very pleased with product itself, so no complaint there.
