GBStill Waiting... Placed an order online with Precor on May 30. It is now July 1st and still no word back from them on delivery status. Item was in stock when I placed order and received confirmation order that stated lead times were up to 10 days given the current environment (no problem with that). I have sent 3 emails to customer service and have received zero response! I have tried the online sales support chat and for the last 3 weeks I have been told I’m 4th on the allocation list and should expect delivery by end of the week.....another week and not even a peep. Unsure if Precor is always this bad through online ordering. Will think twice before ordering from them again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for a product costing $2k+.

GBGreat choices, great service Our salesman was both knowledgeable and helpful. We chose to have our Inspire CS3 Cardio Strider seated elliptical delivered and setup and it was well worth the extra expense. The men who did the delivery and set up were very professional. I have serious mobility issues, and this elliptical has helped to strengthen my legs. I started out slowly and have worked up to 30 minutes per day. The seat is uncomfortable because it is not deep enough, but it is otherwise, a great machine.

CAPrecor only wants your money Precor chooses not to supply the materials needed to repair their machines. The machines may work well, but if they have problems, you have a very expensive paperweight. When contacted, they do not read your emails, do not listen to your conversation, and all in all do not care. I would NEVER advise anyone to purchase anything from this company.

GBThis place is fantastic!! This place is fantastic!!! Great variety of products, wonderful staff, and excellent customer service. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They also are not pushy with their sales tactics; they listened to our needs, showed us a variety of options, and didn't press us to make a decision right away.

GBI was having difficulty checking out… I was having difficulty checking out with financing and Jason M. helped me greatly! I wouldn't have been able to finish the transaction. He was great--I didn't even get upset and shop else where because we have a few Precor items and the customer service is great!
