CATerrible customer service ! Terrible customer service ! Our incline stopped working due to an error 6months after purchasing Precor treadmill ! It has been more than a year since then but they have been mailing parts to us instead of sending a technician here. Problem is their complicated programming that needs an expert technician not the parts! If they can not send technicians somewhere they should stop selling their super expensive treadmills to those cities! I have wasted 5000$ On this treadmill . So disappointed

GB3 Months waiting for a Multifunctional… 3 Months waiting for a Multifunctional Inspire machine, when the initial lead time was 4 weeks. They keep saying next week, in few days, etc. They are not honest with customers. Even if you try to buy the same right now they will tell you the same lead time and same answers when they know it is not true. Asked for procedure to get refund in case I want it but they did not reply my question.

GBI was having difficulty checking out… I was having difficulty checking out with financing and Jason M. helped me greatly! I wouldn't have been able to finish the transaction. He was great--I didn't even get upset and shop else where because we have a few Precor items and the customer service is great!

GBWe were very satisfied with the help we… We were very satisfied with the help we received from the knowledgeable and courteous staff there. We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.
