3 Months waiting for a Multifunctional… 3 Months waiting for a Multifunctional Inspire machine, when the initial lead time was 4 weeks. They keep saying next week, in few days, etc. They are not honest with customers. Even if you try to buy the same right now they will tell you the same lead time and same answers when they know it is not true. Asked for procedure to get refund in case I want it but they did not reply my question.

We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

Great place to purchase a treadmill. It was time for a new treadmill so while looking around we stopped at Precor Home Fitness. They had a nice selection of equipment. The salesman took his time explaining the features of the various machines and had us try them to see which ones best fit our needs. He was very helpful and it was a great shopping experience. We purchased a Precor treadmill which was delivered and installed. They also removed our old treadmill.
