Great After-sales support! After sale customer support was fantastic. There were some shipping issues and Lisa Singleton was very helpful. Pricing was much more fair than from the local Precor fitness shop who would have charged me more for a display model and then charged me for delivery - so I saved $200 and delivery fees - great value!

People should read reviews before… People should read reviews before ordering. I placed an order for an exercise mat. I never received shipping or tracking so I tried to contact them by email and phone but they do not respond. I will be looking into options to obtain a refund but if you haven't already purchased from them save yourself the time and aggravation and go elsewhere. Maybe they aren't even in business anymore.

We were very satisfied with the help we… We were very satisfied with the help we received from the knowledgeable and courteous staff there. We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

Great choices, great service Our salesman was both knowledgeable and helpful. We chose to have our Inspire CS3 Cardio Strider seated elliptical delivered and setup and it was well worth the extra expense. The men who did the delivery and set up were very professional. I have serious mobility issues, and this elliptical has helped to strengthen my legs. I started out slowly and have worked up to 30 minutes per day. The seat is uncomfortable because it is not deep enough, but it is otherwise, a great machine.

Precor only wants your money Precor chooses not to supply the materials needed to repair their machines. The machines may work well, but if they have problems, you have a very expensive paperweight. When contacted, they do not read your emails, do not listen to your conversation, and all in all do not care. I would NEVER advise anyone to purchase anything from this company.
