Great place to purchase a treadmill. It was time for a new treadmill so while looking around we stopped at Precor Home Fitness. They had a nice selection of equipment. The salesman took his time explaining the features of the various machines and had us try them to see which ones best fit our needs. He was very helpful and it was a great shopping experience. We purchased a Precor treadmill which was delivered and installed. They also removed our old treadmill.

I was having difficulty checking out… I was having difficulty checking out with financing and Jason M. helped me greatly! I wouldn't have been able to finish the transaction. He was great--I didn't even get upset and shop else where because we have a few Precor items and the customer service is great!

He was very fast with his communication and even followed up with better pricing when it became available and refunded the difference.

We were very satisfied with the help we… We were very satisfied with the help we received from the knowledgeable and courteous staff there. We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

Precor needs to support their online… Precor needs to support their online sales department better with their traditional sales. It took a long time to get a shipping notice from precor - long enough to warrant a phone call. That call to the sales department, using phone number on confirmation email, ended up in the wrong sales area who couldn’t seem to help except to email the online sales team. Very pleased with product itself, so no complaint there.
