GBPrecor needs to support their online… Precor needs to support their online sales department better with their traditional sales. It took a long time to get a shipping notice from precor - long enough to warrant a phone call. That call to the sales department, using phone number on confirmation email, ended up in the wrong sales area who couldn’t seem to help except to email the online sales team. Very pleased with product itself, so no complaint there.

They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They also are not pushy with their sales tactics; they listened to our needs, showed us a variety of options, and didn't press us to make a decision right away.

He was great--I didn't even get upset and shop else where because we have a few Precor items and the customer service is great!

CATerrible customer service ! Terrible customer service ! Our incline stopped working due to an error 6months after purchasing Precor treadmill ! It has been more than a year since then but they have been mailing parts to us instead of sending a technician here. Problem is their complicated programming that needs an expert technician not the parts! If they can not send technicians somewhere they should stop selling their super expensive treadmills to those cities! I have wasted 5000$ On this treadmill . So disappointed
