We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

Precor only wants your money Precor chooses not to supply the materials needed to repair their machines. The machines may work well, but if they have problems, you have a very expensive paperweight. When contacted, they do not read your emails, do not listen to your conversation, and all in all do not care. I would NEVER advise anyone to purchase anything from this company.

I had nothing but a great experience… I had nothing but a great experience shopping at this exercise equipment store. The people were all very personable and helpful. I never felt pressured for one minute. I stopped in a couple times before committing to a nice home-elliptical machine that we now love. We bought a refurb machine, which ended up having a minor problem, so we contacted them and they came out and fixed it perfectly. No problem. Now we really love the machine and are using it regularly.
