Great After-sales support! After sale customer support was fantastic. There were some shipping issues and Lisa Singleton was very helpful. Pricing was much more fair than from the local Precor fitness shop who would have charged me more for a display model and then charged me for delivery - so I saved $200 and delivery fees - great value!

Terrible customer service ! Terrible customer service ! Our incline stopped working due to an error 6months after purchasing Precor treadmill ! It has been more than a year since then but they have been mailing parts to us instead of sending a technician here. Problem is their complicated programming that needs an expert technician not the parts! If they can not send technicians somewhere they should stop selling their super expensive treadmills to those cities! I have wasted 5000$ On this treadmill . So disappointed

We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They also are not pushy with their sales tactics; they listened to our needs, showed us a variety of options, and didn't press us to make a decision right away.
