Is this a scam? Ordered a home gym a few weeks ago and I have reached out several times for an update on shipping. No response. I understand that due to Covid-19 shipments are delayed but some sort of communication needs to be given to the buyers. Do you have the equipment or not? If not, can you guarantee it in the upcoming few weeks? I'm about to call the better business bureau. You had no problem charging me and taking my money! Update: I have been contacted that the shipment is delayed into the New Year. Still no confirmation date of delivery yet. More to come.

I had nothing but a great experience… I had nothing but a great experience shopping at this exercise equipment store. The people were all very personable and helpful. I never felt pressured for one minute. I stopped in a couple times before committing to a nice home-elliptical machine that we now love. We bought a refurb machine, which ended up having a minor problem, so we contacted them and they came out and fixed it perfectly. No problem. Now we really love the machine and are using it regularly.

We were very satisfied with the help we… We were very satisfied with the help we received from the knowledgeable and courteous staff there. We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.
