We were very satisfied with the help we… We were very satisfied with the help we received from the knowledgeable and courteous staff there. We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

I was having difficulty checking out… I was having difficulty checking out with financing and Jason M. helped me greatly! I wouldn't have been able to finish the transaction. He was great--I didn't even get upset and shop else where because we have a few Precor items and the customer service is great!

I had nothing but a great experience… I had nothing but a great experience shopping at this exercise equipment store. The people were all very personable and helpful. I never felt pressured for one minute. I stopped in a couple times before committing to a nice home-elliptical machine that we now love. We bought a refurb machine, which ended up having a minor problem, so we contacted them and they came out and fixed it perfectly. No problem. Now we really love the machine and are using it regularly.

They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They also are not pushy with their sales tactics; they listened to our needs, showed us a variety of options, and didn't press us to make a decision right away.

Terrible customer service ! Terrible customer service ! Our incline stopped working due to an error 6months after purchasing Precor treadmill ! It has been more than a year since then but they have been mailing parts to us instead of sending a technician here. Problem is their complicated programming that needs an expert technician not the parts! If they can not send technicians somewhere they should stop selling their super expensive treadmills to those cities! I have wasted 5000$ On this treadmill . So disappointed
