Great After-sales support! After sale customer support was fantastic. There were some shipping issues and Lisa Singleton was very helpful. Pricing was much more fair than from the local Precor fitness shop who would have charged me more for a display model and then charged me for delivery - so I saved $200 and delivery fees - great value!

Great choices, great service Our salesman was both knowledgeable and helpful. We chose to have our Inspire CS3 Cardio Strider seated elliptical delivered and setup and it was well worth the extra expense. The men who did the delivery and set up were very professional. I have serious mobility issues, and this elliptical has helped to strengthen my legs. I started out slowly and have worked up to 30 minutes per day. The seat is uncomfortable because it is not deep enough, but it is otherwise, a great machine.

They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They also are not pushy with their sales tactics; they listened to our needs, showed us a variety of options, and didn't press us to make a decision right away.

We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.
