I Need This Soon I’ve ordered from here before and knew it took a while but i ordered on December 4th, 2023 and am worried it won’t be here until Christmas. It just has been stagnant in New York on my tracking since the tracking system for the states is unclear.

Decent quality - shame about my shirt though Good communication. Slight issue with delivery status but that’s because I was sent a tracking number for the wrong postal service being based in Canada. Main issue for a 3 star was because the shirt wasn’t correct with the colouring slightly off. I know what I was getting into and perhaps easier colours to get right than this one also. I did wait to see if the company responded to my feedback but haven’t had anything since sending the photo. Overall if you get the right shirt it delivers in good time and the overall quality is good. Just a shame about my one.

Great quality & arrived within the expected timecale Ordered a Liverpool 89 away shirt on the 10th Dec and it’s just arrived today. Looks fantastic and it’s amazing quality. Before ordered the customer service team were quick to respond to a couple of queries I had and then after I ordered when I had a query on where my order was, they got back to swiftly too! Will definitely order again in the future 👍

Ordered 28th Dec and still not… Ordered 28th Dec and still not delivered! Not even dispatched, £50 down the drain and a Birthday ruined Who knows what or when I’ll receive it? Basically they take your money and order a small Chinese child to make it or starve. PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CHARLATANS

Customising order Hi. I used your contact form to make an amendment of the customisation to my order 37246 made on 19th October. I haven't received any confirmation on whether it has been possible to change the customisation. Could you please tell me if this is possible? And how long does delivery take to England? Update - they've replied through their email saying that they can change the customisation.
