CHThis is when you know a company understands online ordering. Not only does this company fairly price their goods but the service is next level. Item ordered on the 16th of February, delivered at the U.S.A hub on the 20th of February. Received an email item is delivered, no hassle, no me following up and asking or pleading with people to do their job. Will comment on the quality and if the correct order has been received when it arrives in Panama.

GBI have returned the jacket for a larger… I have returned the jacket for a larger size back in September/October 2019. I have not seen the exchange arrive, an email indicatinf cannot fulfill your order or even a refund. I just lost money, wow i didnt realize i had an actual money tree that i can just throw away 125.00 dollars.

GBTerrible customer service Bought boots and a riding jacket. Unfortunately hospitalized for 6 weeks with unexpected surgeries and missed the 30 exchange window. Asked to exchange with a smaller size, offered to pay the 11.99 fee PLUS the return shipping. After three emails my reply was an astounding no. Definitely not a way to find a new lifelong customer "Tyler" had to follow the no with request denied in caps like I am trying to get something for nothing. See below. Wonderful customer service. GBCrooked Houdini Company I was shopping Amazon and came across a Hawk H7005 Solid Matte Black Modular Motorcycle Helmet, sold by Leatherup. Money was exchanged, time passed, and order was cancelled early on the morning of delivery. I've had problems before on Amazon, but never like this. No one has ever ERASED a purchase out of my account or history. This makes Leatherup.com look like an ignoramus crew. I wonder how much they fluff their ratings after this incident.
