Received an email item is delivered, no hassle, no me following up and asking or pleading with people to do their job. Leather Up did not issue USPS label until December 6th. Now its December 15th and the order is stuck in Tettersboro, NJ. Customer service is 'clueless' and they don't return phone calls. Asked to speak with management. No one available. Next step is reporting it to FTC. I suspect fraud.

But, the data given as a head size circumference equals what size helmet is off. I used my tiny wife' head measure and the helmet indicated was a Medium. It fits me and I wear a Harley Davidson XL, and others Ls are tight. They sent what I asked for, so I am not returning it as it fits me, and have ordered an XS for her.
