I have not seen the exchange arrive, an email indicatinf cannot fulfill your order or even a refund. Our heads we measured by hat maker . The sizing is offand waited 3 weeks for each helmet to arrive . Both not fitting using there measuring guide. Poor commincations from company . Do not order from this company as there products are complete garbage. please everyone contact your credit card company to complain . I will be doing live broadcast .
