Item ordered on the 16th of February, delivered at the U.S.A hub on the 20th of February. Received an email item is delivered, no hassle, no me following up and asking or pleading with people to do their job. Will comment on the quality and if the correct order has been received when it arrives in Panama.

Do not order from this company … We now have ordered 2 helmets from this lousy Company . I will be doing a huge media blast on face book these people have to be stopped RIP OFF ARTIST!!!!!!!!!! Our heads we measured by hat maker . The sizing is offand waited 3 weeks for each helmet to arrive . Both not fitting using there measuring guide. Poor commincations from company . Do not order from this company as there products are complete garbage. please everyone contact your credit card company to complain . I will be doing live broadcast .

Ordering and customer service was a… Ordering and customer service was a breeze and very helpful! I love the look and feel of the jacket, although i have not worn outside the house yet. My only concerns are the zipper seems to stick and i worry forcing may cause breakage and the actual length of the jacket. I am 6ft 3 and 375, sleeves are plenty long, but when zipped the jacket rises way above my belly button when lifting my arms in the air. Have considered returning, hence why it hasn't been worn, but i know what i paid is a deal and length will probably be problematic with any order.
