I have not seen the exchange arrive, an email indicatinf cannot fulfill your order or even a refund. I just lost money, wow i didnt realize i had an actual money tree that i can just throw away 125.00 dollars.

Leather Up did not issue USPS label until December 6th. Now its December 15th and the order is stuck in Tettersboro, NJ. Customer service is 'clueless' and they don't return phone calls. Asked to speak with management. No one available. Next step is reporting it to FTC. I suspect fraud.

Asked to exchange with a smaller size, offered to pay the 11.99 fee PLUS the return shipping. After three emails my reply was an astounding no.
