Asked to exchange with a smaller size, offered to pay the 11.99 fee PLUS the return shipping. After three emails my reply was an astounding no. Crooked Houdini Company I was shopping Amazon and came across a Hawk H7005 Solid Matte Black Modular Motorcycle Helmet, sold by Leatherup. Money was exchanged, time passed, and order was cancelled early on the morning of delivery. I've had problems before on Amazon, but never like this. No one has ever ERASED a purchase out of my account or history. This makes Leatherup.com look like an ignoramus crew. I wonder how much they fluff their ratings after this incident.
