GBOrdering and customer service was a… Ordering and customer service was a breeze and very helpful! I love the look and feel of the jacket, although i have not worn outside the house yet. My only concerns are the zipper seems to stick and i worry forcing may cause breakage and the actual length of the jacket. I am 6ft 3 and 375, sleeves are plenty long, but when zipped the jacket rises way above my belly button when lifting my arms in the air. Have considered returning, hence why it hasn't been worn, but i know what i paid is a deal and length will probably be problematic with any order.

I have two other helmets that are too tight. Ps, these are tornado helmets for us...we don't ride, but we do hide. I've read tornado fatalities would be reduced up to 25 % with proper head and face protection. You should explore this market. GBI am pleased enough with the quality of… I am pleased enough with the quality of the product and promptness of shipping, price as well. But, the data given as a head size circumference equals what size helmet is off. I used my tiny wife' head measure and the helmet indicated was a Medium. It fits me and I wear a Harley Davidson XL, and others Ls are tight. They sent what I asked for, so I am not returning it as it fits me, and have ordered an XS for her.

GBTerrible customer service Bought boots and a riding jacket. Unfortunately hospitalized for 6 weeks with unexpected surgeries and missed the 30 exchange window. Asked to exchange with a smaller size, offered to pay the 11.99 fee PLUS the return shipping. After three emails my reply was an astounding no. Definitely not a way to find a new lifelong customer "Tyler" had to follow the no with request denied in caps like I am trying to get something for nothing. See below. Wonderful customer service.
