CALeatherup is a scam Leatherup is a scam, if you need to return something, good luck. If you need to change your order, good luck. I sent three emails to cancel my order, tried several times to call various departments, even sales, nobody answers the phones. Unable to leave a message. Order was cancelled Sunday, today, three days later, order was shipped. Incompetent.

GBTerrible customer service Bought boots and a riding jacket. Unfortunately hospitalized for 6 weeks with unexpected surgeries and missed the 30 exchange window. Asked to exchange with a smaller size, offered to pay the 11.99 fee PLUS the return shipping. After three emails my reply was an astounding no. Definitely not a way to find a new lifelong customer "Tyler" had to follow the no with request denied in caps like I am trying to get something for nothing. See below. Wonderful customer service. Hey John, I am sorry but the jacket cannot be exchanged now. ====REQUEST DENIED===== Best, Tyler

GBBuyer BEWARE Buyer BEWARE! I have bought 2 leather jackets on separate orders with no problems. The 3rd order has been a NIGHTMARE. Paid by credit card on Nov 30th. Leather Up did not issue USPS label until December 6th. Now its December 15th and the order is stuck in Tettersboro, NJ. Customer service is 'clueless' and they don't return phone calls. Asked to speak with management. No one available. Next step is reporting it to FTC. I suspect fraud.

GBBought a pair of boots on line Bought a pair of boots on line. Great boots the price said $119. I was looking around a bit more and found if I gave my email I would get 15% off my next purchase. So I did it. Have me a code. So I went to buy the boots. Got to point off putting in code and when I did the price jumped up to $129. And didn't even take off the 15%. Nor did it take off 10% that was a supposed auto discount. On pay pal it said seller Smk international. So I tried calling. That number connected me to a gift card scam. Pay $3.95 with your credit card today and we'll mail you $100 gift card. After me saying no and plenty of arguing they got someone else on line to connect me to Smk. He have me a number to call that disconnected. I quickly put in a complaint with pay pal about the up pricing. Later pay pal listed leather up as seller so I contacted them. They told me they would refund me the correct amount but couldn't do it now because of my complaint. If I removed it then they would refund the money. So I cancelled the complaint. I called in a couple days and argued with a guy about the refund. We agreed on $19 although it should have been more. When I looked on pay pal they refunded me $12.99 which is only 10% off the elevated price. The experience was not good. The boots are awesome but be careful something is not right here. I would have given them one star but the boots are awesome. Xelement.
