Amazing resource I found Carrus via their founder's book and I have been highly impressed by the resources available. I've been working with Meredith, one of their coaches, and have found the experience highly enjoyable, productive, and enlightning. They also give seminars that are extremely helpful.

While there was a calendar mixup before my intake call, the rep was able to get back to me promptly by email with what I needed to know. The suggested coaches had multiple price points. Carrus.io - Great Resource, Appalling Videocall Platform Carrus.io is an amazing resource to find great coaches. However, considering some coaches charge a lot for their time (which is truly fair!), the Whereby conferencing tool used by the platform is appalling! Audio and video quality are extremely poor! No way of actually getting my money's worth! Replace Whereby as it's appalling and you're losing customers!

Ava Katushka is absolutely fantastic! Ava Katushka is absolutely fantastic! She is particularly focused on helping me achieve my goal - and is relentlessly focused on making every moment we spend inside our sessions and outside our sessions count towards what it is I am working towards. If you could draw an arc with your mind's eye that leads from where I am, point a. to where I want to be point b. she has optimized the path of that arc to be ultra-efficient. An example: I need to take a coding interview and a systems design interview. So, she gives me exercises that help accomplish things I need to learn to do well at both. She's smart. She's funny.
