An amazing coach With Shelli's coaching, I was able to land a position with Amazon. I know for fact, there is no way I would have gotten the position without her help. I was looking for a coach who would have the patience to listen and work with my background to help me navigate Amazon's interview process. I was also looking for someone who would work with me, and not talk "at" me. And I knew from our first consultation that Shelli was that person! She is particularly focused on helping me achieve my goal - and is relentlessly focused on making every moment we spend inside our sessions and outside our sessions count towards what it is I am working towards. If you could draw an arc with your mind's eye that leads from where I am, point a. to where I want to be point b. she has optimized the path of that arc to be ultra-efficient. An example: I need to take a coding interview and a systems design interview. So, she gives me exercises that help accomplish things I need to learn to do well at both. She's smart. She's funny.
