I was able to setup a 90-min. coaching session with him the day before my interviews. I interviewed for a Level 67 sales/strategy leadership role and anticipated the interviewers to dive very deep into the scope and breadth of my responses, which is exactly what occurred. Kevin’s coaching prepared me to fine tune my responses for maximum impact. He also offered suggestions on interview strategy, which I implemented and seemed to prove effective. I finished my last set of interviews today and plan to engage Kevin for offer negotiation support, should I move forward to the offer stage.

However, considering some coaches charge a lot for their time (which is truly fair!), the Whereby conferencing tool used by the platform is appalling! Audio and video quality are extremely poor! No way of actually getting my money's worth! Replace Whereby as it's appalling and you're losing customers!
