An amazing coach With Shelli's coaching, I was able to land a position with Amazon. I know for fact, there is no way I would have gotten the position without her help. I was looking for a coach who would have the patience to listen and work with my background to help me navigate Amazon's interview process. I was also looking for someone who would work with me, and not talk "at" me. And I knew from our first consultation that Shelli was that person! She helped me understand the Amazon leadership principles, and how to answer the "behavioral" questions in an in depth way. Coaching on Carrus was a great investment Working with a coach on Carrus was extremely useful. I had a tight turnaround time before my interview. While there was a calendar mixup before my intake call, the rep was able to get back to me promptly by email with what I needed to know. The suggested coaches had multiple price points. I chose one who linked to extremely insightful resources that set me up for success and allowed me to hit the ground running in our coaching session.
