During my other calls , we had bad network from my end ,but she never gave up on and provided another means for us to continue to practice .We ended doing extra 30 mins .To my surprise ,she decided to refund my money because of my bad network though we were able to do close to an hour .This confirms she is not after the money but bent on helping you to pass and have better coaching experience She is very insightful on the process .

However, considering some coaches charge a lot for their time (which is truly fair!), the Whereby conferencing tool used by the platform is appalling! Audio and video quality are extremely poor! No way of actually getting my money's worth! Replace Whereby as it's appalling and you're losing customers!
