Carrus.io - Great Resource, Appalling Videocall Platform Carrus.io is an amazing resource to find great coaches. However, considering some coaches charge a lot for their time (which is truly fair!), the Whereby conferencing tool used by the platform is appalling! Audio and video quality are extremely poor! No way of actually getting my money's worth! Replace Whereby as it's appalling and you're losing customers!

Ava Katushka is absolutely fantastic! Ava Katushka is absolutely fantastic! She is particularly focused on helping me achieve my goal - and is relentlessly focused on making every moment we spend inside our sessions and outside our sessions count towards what it is I am working towards. If you could draw an arc with your mind's eye that leads from where I am, point a. to where I want to be point b. she has optimized the path of that arc to be ultra-efficient. An example: I need to take a coding interview and a systems design interview. So, she gives me exercises that help accomplish things I need to learn to do well at both. She's smart. She's funny. Exceeded my expectations Conor definitely exceeded my expectations with the CV package! I have already worked on my CV extensively but I wanted a perspective from EMEA. I have to say Conor found material areas to edit that really makes the experiences and achievements stand out above what it was with my own efforts.
