Carrus.io - Great Resource, Appalling Videocall Platform Carrus.io is an amazing resource to find great coaches. However, considering some coaches charge a lot for their time (which is truly fair!), the Whereby conferencing tool used by the platform is appalling! Audio and video quality are extremely poor! No way of actually getting my money's worth! Replace Whereby as it's appalling and you're losing customers!

An amazing coach With Shelli's coaching, I was able to land a position with Amazon. I know for fact, there is no way I would have gotten the position without her help. I was looking for a coach who would have the patience to listen and work with my background to help me navigate Amazon's interview process. I was also looking for someone who would work with me, and not talk "at" me. And I knew from our first consultation that Shelli was that person! She helped me understand the Amazon leadership principles, and how to answer the "behavioral" questions in an in depth way.
