Amazing resource I found Carrus via their founder's book and I have been highly impressed by the resources available. I've been working with Meredith, one of their coaches, and have found the experience highly enjoyable, productive, and enlightning. They also give seminars that are extremely helpful.

An amazing coach With Shelli's coaching, I was able to land a position with Amazon. I know for fact, there is no way I would have gotten the position without her help. I was looking for a coach who would have the patience to listen and work with my background to help me navigate Amazon's interview process. I was also looking for someone who would work with me, and not talk "at" me. And I knew from our first consultation that Shelli was that person! She helped me understand the Amazon leadership principles, and how to answer the "behavioral" questions in an in depth way. With my start date is around the corner, I look forward to working with Shelli for managerial/mindset coaching in the future.
