Exceeded my expectations Conor definitely exceeded my expectations with the CV package! I have already worked on my CV extensively but I wanted a perspective from EMEA. I have to say Conor found material areas to edit that really makes the experiences and achievements stand out above what it was with my own efforts. Carrus.io - Great Resource, Appalling Videocall Platform Carrus.io is an amazing resource to find great coaches. However, considering some coaches charge a lot for their time (which is truly fair!), the Whereby conferencing tool used by the platform is appalling! Audio and video quality are extremely poor! No way of actually getting my money's worth! Replace Whereby as it's appalling and you're losing customers!

An amazing coach With Shelli's coaching, I was able to land a position with Amazon. I know for fact, there is no way I would have gotten the position without her help. I was looking for a coach who would have the patience to listen and work with my background to help me navigate Amazon's interview process. I was also looking for someone who would work with me, and not talk "at" me. And I knew from our first consultation that Shelli was that person! She helped me understand the Amazon leadership principles, and how to answer the "behavioral" questions in an in depth way. Top notch support for Microsoft Level 67 interview My Microsoft loop interviews were scheduled with just a few days’ notice. I was able to setup a 90-min. coaching session with him the day before my interviews. I interviewed for a Level 67 sales/strategy leadership role and anticipated the interviewers to dive very deep into the scope and breadth of my responses, which is exactly what occurred. Kevin’s coaching prepared me to fine tune my responses for maximum impact. He also offered suggestions on interview strategy, which I implemented and seemed to prove effective. I finished my last set of interviews today and plan to engage Kevin for offer negotiation support, should I move forward to the offer stage.
