An amazing coach With Shelli's coaching, I was able to land a position with Amazon. I know for fact, there is no way I would have gotten the position without her help. I was looking for a coach who would have the patience to listen and work with my background to help me navigate Amazon's interview process. I was also looking for someone who would work with me, and not talk "at" me. And I knew from our first consultation that Shelli was that person! She helped me understand the Amazon leadership principles, and how to answer the "behavioral" questions in an in depth way. While there was a calendar mixup before my intake call, the rep was able to get back to me promptly by email with what I needed to know. The suggested coaches had multiple price points. I was able to setup a 90-min. coaching session with him the day before my interviews. I interviewed for a Level 67 sales/strategy leadership role and anticipated the interviewers to dive very deep into the scope and breadth of my responses, which is exactly what occurred. Kevin’s coaching prepared me to fine tune my responses for maximum impact. He also offered suggestions on interview strategy, which I implemented and seemed to prove effective.
