USNot the most secure packaging but company responded quickly to my email. UPDATE: Originally the email associated with shipment was not good. I have since received feedback from C7Tactical and while they requested a photo of the broken lid with the promise to replace it I was able to fit the tumbler with a lid I had on hand. The over all quality of the tumblers I ordered is very good and we look forward to using them and showing our support for Trump in 2024! The packaging could have been more secure. Both tumblers were in separate boxes but mailed in a bag with left little protection during delivery. I have shared this with the company. I do believe they will honor any product they ship if it arrives damaged.

USAd is Very Misleading! When the tumblers arrived, I was happy that I ordered them! Do not go by the advertisement for the tumblers! They are itched as they are ordered and it takes time for that to happen. Mine took over two weeks to arrive! They were shipped USPS, not UPS and came from Idaho, not Florida. While the ad is incorrect in many things, the tumblers are really nice.

USMy mug got stolen or lost My mug got stolen or lost, I feel like it was stolen because of what the mug represents. I emailed them about a replacement and not even 5 mins passed, they emailed me back with a reshipment. Hopefully I can get this one on time.
