After that, you will get 1-1 talks with hiring coaches that will help you improve your interview skills and give you a lot of honest feedback. You also get good feedback if you do not get hired by a potential company which is very much appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Strider to anyone who is looking for a remote engineering position. The platform makes it easy to find the right job and the customer support is top-notch. BRI'm having a good experience so far I had a good experience with Strider. From the first conversation on Linkedin up to the interview process. I didn't received an offer yet, but I think I'm pretty close to get mine. The recruiter that talked to me helped me to create a profile.
