BRCare for the recruiting process What I most like about Strider is the attention to the hiring process. It is hard to find a platform that truly cares for its users. The platform provides a lot of great tips for practicing speech, how to structure your resume, how to talk about yourself in interviews, and many benefits like discounts on useful services. They also offer a mock interview with the recruiter to prepare us before talking to the hiring client. They provided me a very useful feedback about my performance in the interview which will surely help me be more confident for further interviews.

This would make the evaluation more aligned with the job requirements. Work Equipment: The work laptop provided is adequate, but it would be great to have an option to purchase through the platform. Given the remote work setup, I often find myself traveling and carrying two laptops—one for work and one personal—is cumbersome. Job Listings: More details on the job listings page would be helpful. A more comprehensive description can make it easier for candidates to find roles that are the right fit. Salary Negotiation: I think the platform could offer better support in negotiating compensation. It would be beneficial to have default salary ranges based on the technical level required for the job. Job Timing Details: As freelance contractors, it's important to know the expected meeting schedules. The job listings should include details like daily meetings from X-Y time, so we can better plan our days.

BRI had a great experience with strider I had a great experience with strider, the only thing that i am not happy was some doubts that I had about the contract on deel platform that the girls helped us during the process couldn't answer, but clearly that's not their fault. You should tell us the better way to sign it.
