The proposed take home assessment is also very important, as it is possible to demonstrate knowledge in a practical way.

Salary Negotiation: I think the platform could offer better support in negotiating compensation. It would be beneficial to have default salary ranges based on the technical level required for the job. The job listings should include details like daily meetings from X-Y time, so we can better plan our days.
