Smooth Process with Strider I had a great experience with Strider. The hiring process was smooth and swift. I received great feedback on the mock interview as well as the technical assessment. I'm very pleased with how everything went.

Strider interview was so fast Strider interview was so fast, no time was wasted here at all, very good process, the people want to hire you and not make you waste your time. Fast interviews and direct contact with recruiter, also, client want's to hire you as well, so they will do as much as possible to get information from you, but if you have everything right, then you are okay.

Poor service Absolute shambles bought the package with the balance board back in July. Only received the bike in late october with no balance board. Paid the extra now my son has to weight till his advanced enough to ride it on his own and not get to start on a balance board. Say they don't have stock yet still available on the website and know others in my area who have received there's. Absolute sh!t show

Care for the recruiting process What I most like about Strider is the attention to the hiring process. It is hard to find a platform that truly cares for its users. The platform provides a lot of great tips for practicing speech, how to structure your resume, how to talk about yourself in interviews, and many benefits like discounts on useful services. They also offer a mock interview with the recruiter to prepare us before talking to the hiring client. They provided me a very useful feedback about my performance in the interview which will surely help me be more confident for further interviews.

Salary Negotiation: I think the platform could offer better support in negotiating compensation. It would be beneficial to have default salary ranges based on the technical level required for the job. The job listings should include details like daily meetings from X-Y time, so we can better plan our days.
