This would make the evaluation more aligned with the job requirements. Work Equipment: The work laptop provided is adequate, but it would be great to have an option to purchase through the platform. Given the remote work setup, I often find myself traveling and carrying two laptops—one for work and one personal—is cumbersome. Job Listings: More details on the job listings page would be helpful. A more comprehensive description can make it easier for candidates to find roles that are the right fit. Salary Negotiation: I think the platform could offer better support in negotiating compensation. It would be beneficial to have default salary ranges based on the technical level required for the job. Great proccess It was a very pleasant process. Every step has its fundamental role. In the Mock Interview, important points on how to behave were highlighted. The interview with the client is crucial to understanding more about the company and getting to know my experience. The proposed take home assessment is also very important, as it is possible to demonstrate knowledge in a practical way.
