Care for the recruiting process What I most like about Strider is the attention to the hiring process. It is hard to find a platform that truly cares for its users. The platform provides a lot of great tips for practicing speech, how to structure your resume, how to talk about yourself in interviews, and many benefits like discounts on useful services. They also offer a mock interview with the recruiter to prepare us before talking to the hiring client. They provided me a very useful feedback about my performance in the interview which will surely help me be more confident for further interviews.

Poor service Absolute shambles bought the package with the balance board back in July. Only received the bike in late october with no balance board. Paid the extra now my son has to weight till his advanced enough to ride it on his own and not get to start on a balance board. Say they don't have stock yet still available on the website and know others in my area who have received there's. Absolute sh!t show

Great proccess It was a very pleasant process. Every step has its fundamental role. In the Mock Interview, important points on how to behave were highlighted. The interview with the client is crucial to understanding more about the company and getting to know my experience. The proposed take home assessment is also very important, as it is possible to demonstrate knowledge in a practical way.

Unexpected great experience What made my experience a great one was the care and attention given by the company. The hints and feedback provided during the mock interview are invaluable and certainly put me in the right direction to ace future interviews. Keep up with that practice!

Excellent interview process! The whole process with Strider was amazing! The Strider staff is super helpful and transparent throughout the interviews. My experience with the hiring company was also great, and at all times they let me feel pretty comfortable - without that heavy interview energy.
