BRI'm having a good experience so far I had a good experience with Strider. From the first conversation on Linkedin up to the interview process. I didn't received an offer yet, but I think I'm pretty close to get mine. The recruiter that talked to me helped me to create a profile. Since they need to provide some information into it's own tool I began to fulfill the data, but due to be swamped with work I didn't had a chance to complete it. The strider team filled the gaps themselves and helped sending my resume to companies that match with my profile. Also during the process I was in touch with a recruiter (Thanks Ana) that guide me through the whole process, making me understand all the steps and acting proactively for my success. From the preliminary interview with them, giving me good insights for the real one, up to the feedback received by the clients, that they do. Humane and trustworthy treatment. Just for reference, It's quite easy to get feedback from COO of Strider! I'm positively impressed!

BRCare for the recruiting process What I most like about Strider is the attention to the hiring process. It is hard to find a platform that truly cares for its users. The platform provides a lot of great tips for practicing speech, how to structure your resume, how to talk about yourself in interviews, and many benefits like discounts on useful services. They also offer a mock interview with the recruiter to prepare us before talking to the hiring client. They provided me a very useful feedback about my performance in the interview which will surely help me be more confident for further interviews.

BRGreat company to help you get hired I applied last year to be pre-vetted by Strider and the interview process is good and not that long. After that, you will get 1-1 talks with hiring coaches that will help you improve your interview skills and give you a lot of honest feedback. You also get good feedback if you do not get hired by a potential company which is very much appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Strider to anyone who is looking for a remote engineering position. The platform makes it easy to find the right job and the customer support is top-notch.
