Given the remote work setup, I often find myself traveling and carrying two laptops—one for work and one personal—is cumbersome. Job Listings: More details on the job listings page would be helpful. A more comprehensive description can make it easier for candidates to find roles that are the right fit. Salary Negotiation: I think the platform could offer better support in negotiating compensation. It would be beneficial to have default salary ranges based on the technical level required for the job. Job Timing Details: As freelance contractors, it's important to know the expected meeting schedules. The job listings should include details like daily meetings from X-Y time, so we can better plan our days.

BRThey're very thoughtful During my whole process, I was very attentively welcomed by Strider. Although I couldn't get a job yet, I did 3 interviews and that increased my professional experience a lot. BRStrider interview was so fast Strider interview was so fast, no time was wasted here at all, very good process, the people want to hire you and not make you waste your time. Fast interviews and direct contact with recruiter, also, client want's to hire you as well, so they will do as much as possible to get information from you, but if you have everything right, then you are okay.

BRI'm having a good experience so far I had a good experience with Strider. From the first conversation on Linkedin up to the interview process. I didn't received an offer yet, but I think I'm pretty close to get mine. The recruiter that talked to me helped me to create a profile. Since they need to provide some information into it's own tool I began to fulfill the data, but due to be swamped with work I didn't had a chance to complete it. The strider team filled the gaps themselves and helped sending my resume to companies that match with my profile. Also during the process I was in touch with a recruiter (Thanks Ana) that guide me through the whole process, making me understand all the steps and acting proactively for my success. From the preliminary interview with them, giving me good insights for the real one, up to the feedback received by the clients, that they do. Humane and trustworthy treatment. Just for reference, It's quite easy to get feedback from COO of Strider! I'm positively impressed!

BRI had a great experience with strider I had a great experience with strider, the only thing that i am not happy was some doubts that I had about the contract on deel platform that the girls helped us during the process couldn't answer, but clearly that's not their fault. You should tell us the better way to sign it.
