They're very thoughtful During my whole process, I was very attentively welcomed by Strider. Although I couldn't get a job yet, I did 3 interviews and that increased my professional experience a lot. I loved the way that they did the process and I really believe that they're doing everything they can to lead me to victory. I still believe that they will get me a very good job.

I didn't received an offer yet, but I think I'm pretty close to get mine. The recruiter that talked to me helped me to create a profile. Since they need to provide some information into it's own tool I began to fulfill the data, but due to be swamped with work I didn't had a chance to complete it. The strider team filled the gaps themselves and helped sending my resume to companies that match with my profile. Also during the process I was in touch with a recruiter (Thanks Ana) that guide me through the whole process, making me understand all the steps and acting proactively for my success. From the preliminary interview with them, giving me good insights for the real one, up to the feedback received by the clients, that they do. Humane and trustworthy treatment. Just for reference, It's quite easy to get feedback from COO of Strider! I'm positively impressed!
