A more comprehensive description can make it easier for candidates to find roles that are the right fit. Salary Negotiation: I think the platform could offer better support in negotiating compensation. It would be beneficial to have default salary ranges based on the technical level required for the job. Job Timing Details: As freelance contractors, it's important to know the expected meeting schedules. The job listings should include details like daily meetings from X-Y time, so we can better plan our days.
