Poor service Absolute shambles bought the package with the balance board back in July. Only received the bike in late october with no balance board. Paid the extra now my son has to weight till his advanced enough to ride it on his own and not get to start on a balance board. They're very thoughtful During my whole process, I was very attentively welcomed by Strider. Although I couldn't get a job yet, I did 3 interviews and that increased my professional experience a lot.
