Fast interviews and direct contact with recruiter, also, client want's to hire you as well, so they will do as much as possible to get information from you, but if you have everything right, then you are okay.

The interview with the client is crucial to understanding more about the company and getting to know my experience. The proposed take home assessment is also very important, as it is possible to demonstrate knowledge in a practical way.

Care for the recruiting process What I most like about Strider is the attention to the hiring process. It is hard to find a platform that truly cares for its users. The platform provides a lot of great tips for practicing speech, how to structure your resume, how to talk about yourself in interviews, and many benefits like discounts on useful services.
