BRCare for the recruiting process What I most like about Strider is the attention to the hiring process. It is hard to find a platform that truly cares for its users. The platform provides a lot of great tips for practicing speech, how to structure your resume, how to talk about yourself in interviews, and many benefits like discounts on useful services. They also offer a mock interview with the recruiter to prepare us before talking to the hiring client. They provided me a very useful feedback about my performance in the interview which will surely help me be more confident for further interviews.

The interview with the client is crucial to understanding more about the company and getting to know my experience. The proposed take home assessment is also very important, as it is possible to demonstrate knowledge in a practical way.
