Wrong range description. Wrong range miles described in your website. It shows 12 miles range on your description and I just ride 4 miles. I want to return it. It was fully charged and I just ride one time to not approve. I liked the exterior but the range it was too low.

Exceptional customer service Customer service worked with me every step of the way. My method of payment was unconventional (split on two cards), I had a problem with the product and had to return it. There was no-hassle and no cost to me. Very friendly, attentive, and timely.
