I called the pro-shop of the course to advise this, and he said there was nothing he could do about it as I made the booking through golf now. I was hesitant I would receive a refund, however, after speaking with Scott who was extremely helpful, he provided me with a full refund, Great customer service, and a special thanks to Scott for resolving for me.

GBReservation not honoured The reservation was completed all right. However, we were to play on the reserved date and course, we were told that Indian Spring GCC does not honor reservation from GolfNow. Very disapointing. Golf Now should make sure that reservations are honoured /will be honoured by the golf club. Otherwise, a significant compensation (equivalent to twice the total green fees paid) should be given.

GBEasy to book and cancel if needed Easy to book. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the reservation the following day. I received an email indicating my credit and that I had 6 months to use it. But when I looked on my account it stated that I only had 90 days to use the credit.

GBGolfnow has a problem with their… Golfnow has a problem with their booking system right now. Terrible customer service if you reach them. Beware. VIP member for 5 years and there needs to be a competitive company not a monopoly.
