Delivery was 9 days after the estimate shown on their site, which would have been no worries if they'd been able to keep me up to date on what was going on, but their customer service line is terrible. Suggest going with someone else.

Receive a used skis The skis we receive looks used, covered with deep scratches and rust. very disappointed

The shipping is very expensive The shipping is very expensive. We were desperate for snow boots and had no choice as we were leaving for Japan in a few days. I was charged $50 for shipping two pairs of snow boots and when they arrived, the shipping stamped on the mail bag was for $26. It was just disappointing that no one cared enough to give a refund. I don't mind paying for stock, but you shouldn't be making a profit off shipping.
