I quickly contacted Snow Skiers Warehouse via email and Nick was extremely helpful and understanding and was quick to resend my order via express post without any hesitation. Thank you Nick for making my experience with you so much smoother then it could’ve been.

You guys were great You guys were great. Just a note though that Toll (the freight company) were terrible. Delivery was 9 days after the estimate shown on their site, which would have been no worries if they'd been able to keep me up to date on what was going on, but their customer service line is terrible. Suggest going with someone else.
