GBBad experience late yesterday… Bad experience late yesterday concerning an order, or would be order. The customer rep- I'll not mention her name- accused me of being "short & hostile" in my responses. I understand there were problems with the website, but she continued saying there was no record of my previous purchases & I guess decided to just leave me hanging. Not very good customer service on her behalf.
