Somewhat misleading The best time and price at 12:15 usually showed availability but could never be booked even though it showed it was available for up to 4 people. Signing out and then signing in again would show reduced availability for 2 people but still couldn't be booked. This happened every time and never happened when trying to book any other time. I concluded that this price is there to draw you to there website but is actually never available. There advertised prices are often lower than other sites by a couple of dollars but their booking fees are substantially higher after you have used up the free booking credits you get after your first booking. You can get decent deals but not necessarily better or even as good as some other sites.

Fees ar non-refundable for any reason I made a reservation on Friday to play 8:33 Saturday morning. We had to cancel and I called to service which does not open until 8:00. I got an answering service and left a message. I called again at 8:00 and the still were not open. They charged me $7.60 for the reservation and I requested a refund. He said that was non-refundable and those fees went to the service. That was the last time I will use the service and if the golf course continues to use them I will go somewhere that is customer friendly.

Not always what you expect Golf18 sometimes offer "savings " which you expect to be against the cost of a round of golf. However these are usually only offset against their booking fees rather than the golf itself. I purchased $500 worth of golf18 vouchers for $300. A great deal I thought until I discovered I could only save $4 or $5 per round booked and even then the same rounds were often cheaper on other sites anyway. An attempt to reclaim my money once I had realised it was not what I had expected was met with a blank refusal. I acknowledge that there are some rounds that I could have offset the total cost using the vouchers but there is no way of identifying them up front. I would also query why golf18 is offering rounds of golf at times that are well after dark and therefore unplayable (Royal St.Cloud)

Great billing practice I made online bookings thru their website. Due to change of plan, I had to call the course to cancel the bookings. Unfortunately, the course made a mistake and did not cancel the bookings, and I was charged for no show. I reported to Golf18. This issue was investigated, resolved and refunded within two days. Great service!

Bad Business You charged me (upfront) for your reservation services. The only problem was the course does not have an agreement with you and therefore charged me full price. The $16+ you charged me was just lost money. What do you think my next experience would be with your company?
